Description

There is absolutely no better vacation place to awaken then in Avon’s oceanfront cottage LIVIN THE DREAM. This 3,000 s.f. custom home offers a copious amount of furnished sun decking and screened porch to view the beach and neighborhood. There is an extra- large drive and two carports for all weather parking. An outside shower is perfect for a rinse prior to home entry. There is an easy beach access wooden boardwalk over the dune, a fish cleaning station, and charcoal grill for your catch.

The first level living area opens with a hall bath with tub/shower and shower. The full hall laundry is extra convenient to the bedrooms. New luxury vinyl flooring has been recently installed on all floors. Oceanfront bedroom one has three singles and an LED TV. Hall bath two has a shower. Oceanfront bedroom two has a double and a single with LED TV. Queen bedroom three has an LED TV. Bedroom four has two singles and an LED TV. The west end of the first living level ends in an XL furnished screen porch with picnic table.

The large second floor great room has a tall cathedral ceiling and plenty of glass for extraordinary oceanviews. LIVIN THE DREAM has an XL LED TV/DVD, stereo and resort furniture package anchored with a very inviting sectional. The spacious, well equipped kitchen opens with a breakfast bar with seating for six and a large oceanfront dining table.

Bedroom five is a king semi master with an LED TV and full bath that allows hall access. King bedroom six has an LED TV and full bath with shower. LIVIN THE DREAM has superb beach frontage and good proximity to superior shopping and dining.
