Description

Enjoy Mermaid’s Rest in Durant Station Condominiums. Guests can spread out in this two-bedroom, two-bath condo to enjoy gorgeous sunrises from the private deck. The first bedroom has two twin beds and access to a bath which is also accessible in the hallway. Off the living area, you can step into the open king main suite which also has access to the oceanfront deck. After a day of beachcombing or watching the kids play in the pool, step out onto the west-facing deck to watch the sun go down. At ground level, you will find a large fish-cleaning station, grills, and picnic tables.

Elevator service is available to all levels. Just grab a luggage cart from the first-floor coin-operated laundry facility and roll your luggage to your condo door. Additional community amenities include high-speed internet and free WiFi, a community pool (available May to Labor Day), a hot tub (available from April to November), and an outdoor shower. The Durant Station Community Center is topped by the historic tower from the original Durant Lifesaving Station. This is the ideal location for corporate meetings, wedding parties, or for enjoying the space with family and friends. This area boasts a first-floor sitting room with a large flatscreen TV, an electric fireplace (available November to March), and an upper-level game room with a pool table and a complete kitchen.
