Description

That first turn onto quiet Nova Dr. in North Avon will set you up for the simple oceanfront surprise that is the beautiful NO PROBLEM cottage. The entrance over the dune drive to this beach setting is spectacular. This is old Avon. Original Avon. This is the cedar shake house and the open beach your family wants and most importantly needs for the next week.

Pull into the carport and unload. There is some locking storage and a convenient outside shower that is perfect for your morning bath or for getting the kids less sandy when they come from the ocean. Life at NO PROBLEM is directed to the East and the beach. The first level has a wide furnished sundeck and a furnished sun tower. With the right tools nights and the stars can be just as entertaining as days at the beach. Bring that IPAD and hook up with one of the many star chart apps. It is dark out there.

A comfortable oceanfront living area with cathedral ceiling and hardwood floors is anchored with an LCD/TV/DVD entertainment area. The well equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar, the necessary dishwasher and is close to the full laundry nook. Bedroom one has a queen. Bedroom two has two singles. Both are close to hall bath with tub/shower. The second level has bedroom three with one set of bunks and bedroom four with another queen. A hall bath with tub/shower is adjacent to the bedrooms.

In just one week a NO PROBLEM’s vacation is guaranteed to bring the family back together. Oh I forgot to mention that the beach in front of NP is one of my favorite fishing spots.
