Description

PARROT POINTE is an extraordinary vacation place with a spectacular bird's eye view of the Pamlico Sound, where kite boarders and wind surfers can often be seen from all three decks. This spectacular 3800 s.f. soundfront home located on the quiet Castaway Court cul-de-sac in Kinnakeet Shores is a real gem. The ground level has great concrete parking with a carport for two and extra outside parking. It has ground floor elevator and landing, charcoal grill, shower, changing room, fish station, and a soundview pool deck with hot tub, sun furnishings and both covered and open sun seating.

The first level has a furnished soundview game room with deck access, pool table, wet-bar with fridge and TV and shared hall bath. Soundview queen bedroom one shares the semi-private hall bath with tub/shower. The second floor opens with a furnished soundview den with bunk beds, large screen TV and deck access. Soundview master queen bedroom two has deck access and a full bath with tub/shower. Master bedroom three has queen and a full bath with shower. A convenient hall bath with tub/shower is located near the essential laundry nook. Master bedroom four has 2 singles and private access to the hall bath. Soundview king master bedroom five has deck access and a super master bath with shower and soaking tub. Around the corner on level two is a semi-secret covered screened gazebo the guests call the "happy bird cage", it too shares panoramic views of the Pamlico Sound.

Crowning Parrot Pointe is an extra-large living area with cathedral ceilings, 1/2 bath, deck access, perfect resort furniture package, and a large screen TV. The extra-large kitchen has tile floors, stainless appliances, large Corian island, 2 dishwashers, 2 built in ovens, big fridge, pantry, and an east-side morning breakfast nook. On the west-side is the large soundview dining table with stunning views of wetlands and fabulous sunsets over the sound. On a clear day or night the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse is visible from multiple locations. Super king master bedroom six has deck access and a master bath with soaking tub and shower. Parrot Pointe's three wide furnished sundecks have panoramic views of the Pamlico Sound and natural views of unspoiled native vegetation and wildlife that also allow parents to keep a watchful eye on the pool.

Nest at Parrot Pointe when only the best will do, with its six bedrooms, 6 ½ bathrooms and den with bunk beds it sleeps 14 and all will be ready and rested for a day at the beach, fishing or relaxing by the pool.
