Paws in the Water is one of the few dog-friendly homes on Ocean View Dr, a coveted oceanfront vacation street in Avon. Perfectly located in the heart of Avon Village, this home is a short walk to the Avon Pier, Koru Village, and several popular restaurants just to the north. A short bike ride south and vacationers will find the Food Lion grocery store as well as several shopping centers. Is the surf too rough for swimming? This home also includes access to the Kinnakeet Shores pool and tennis courts.

Paws in the Water welcomes you with covered parking and a dry entry. You will find the outdoor shower, foot wash, and fish cleaning station on the ground level. Directly inside are the washer and dryer units. This is ideally laid out for beachgoers who need to dart back home after a day on the beach. Simply rinse off in the outdoor shower, drop off the dirty clothes in the laundry, and clean up all before ever having to enter the main living space of the home. The ground floor also offers a second refrigerator.

The phenomenal views are enhanced while relaxing on the high top chairs. The matching side tables are perfect for holding morning coffee or afternoon drinks. This home also features a hot tub with privacy panels. Enjoy late nights under the stars and listen to the waves while experiencing the relaxation of the massaging jets!

The grand main bedroom is on the top floor and has a large en suite bathroom with a huge walk-in shower and dual sinks. The main bedroom faces the ocean and has large sliding doors leading to a private deck. The mid-level floor has four bedrooms including a second main bedroom with a king bed and en suite bathroom (ocean facing), a king bedroom (ocean facing), and a queen bedroom. The fifth bedroom has a bunk and pyramid bed that maximizes sleeping space. Each bedroom is beautifully designed with coastal bedding, wooden bed frames, and matching dressers.

On the upper level, you will find the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The living room has an extra-large, super comfortable L-shaped sofa and two armchairs for relaxation. The large TV is ideally situated over the fireplace so that viewers can watch from the dining room, kitchen table, or expansive couch. The whole level can be an indoor theater for movie nights since everyone can see the TV from every seat on this floor. Need to convene around a single table? Family-style dinners or large team game nights can gather around the eight-seat dining room table or four-person round table in the breakfast room. Directly behind the breakfast room is the large open kitchen. This space will provide a great place to cook up some tasty meals and treats for the hungry vacationer. The large kitchen includes granite countertops, a stone tile backsplash, a large breakfast bar, and a walk-in pantry. Just off the kitchen, you will find a west-facing deck with a grill for barbequing your family's favorite meals.
