Join the flight to custom designed PELICAN'S PAD, with a great Kinnakeet Shores location to Ocean & Sound amenities, Unlimited Avon Pier use is also included with your stay! At ground level, this 4300 sq ft spacious home opens with carport, lake access, private heated saltwater pool with Tiki bar, shower, cabana bath, and fish station. For convenience the all floor elevator opens on the front of the house. Level 1 features master 1(K) with garden tub and separate shower and bedroom 2 (K) with full bath access and pool access. A game room with pool table and mini kitchen with wet bar with fridge opens to the pool area and accesses the full hall bath. Also on this level is a huge laundry room with built in ironing board.
