Description

Elevator service is available to all levels. Just grab a luggage cart from the first floor laundry room, and role your luggage to your condo door. Additional community amenities include wireless high-speed internet, an indoor and outdoor sprinkler safety systems for your peace of mind, and coin operated washer/dryer located on the first level. Also on site is a large community un-heated pool (available May – Labor Day), Hot tub (available April -November) and outdoor shower. The Durant Station Community Center is topped by the historic tower from the original Durant Lifesaving Station. The Community Center is the ideal location for corporate meetings, wedding parties or just enjoying the space with family and friends (capacity 52). This area sports a first floor sitting room with large-screen TV and a electric fireplace (available November - March) and an upper level game room with pool table and complete kitchen. Located in the Main Building on the first floor is a coin operated laundry facility. At ground level you will find a large "kitchen quality" fish cleaning station, BBQ grills, and picnic tables.

Community Pool Available from May through Labor Day.
Community Hot Tub Available from April through November.
