Description

Lovely “Salt Shaker” is one spicy salt box style beach home. Carefully positioned on quiet Wimble Shores Dr., (which locals call Salvo’s best street) “Salt Shaker” takes huge advantage of the expansive north views of wetlands and xl salt pond. The safe walk to the ocean takes a slow traveler 5 minutes. Trust us…the kids will dig it.

The ground level has a full concrete pad with great parking and access to Weber kettle grill, large locking storage room (bikes not included), outside rain head shower and fish station. Hammock and swing are on the ready. A front sun (east) porch is well furnished. Inside is a homage to clever and comfy beach decorating. The living area has a tall elevated ceiling, and is well furnished with long sectional, chairs, LED/TV with DVD, and Bluetooth stereo. The all equipped stainless kitchen with breakfast bar and farm sink has super access to screened porch with alfresco dining table or the stunning “live” edge wood dining table across the room. Take your choice. Bedroom one has two singles, a flat screen with DVD (no cable), and private access to full hall bath with rain shower head. The laundry room has full sized machines.

Upstairs bedroom 2 has a full bed and a Romeo and Juliet south sundeck. Bed 3 with queen bed shares a Jack and Jill full bath with Bed 2. Bed 3 also has access to xl furnished north sundeck with expansive views of water and wetlands. You just may find this deck to be your go to morning coffee spot.

“SALT SHAKER” has been newly renovated and it shows.
