Long-time Hatteras windsurfers have placed this friendly home on a lovely Frisco sound-front lot just a short drive from the fabulous beach and fishing at Cape Point. Sea Birds's attractive Hatteras design provides easy vacation days. The ground level has concrete under-house parking, an outside shower, a changing area, an under-house entry, and the home has easy access to the sound. The first living level has two large main bedrooms with private baths. The sound-front main bedroom has an inviting deck adjacent to the screened-in hot tub area. The second living level with tall cathedral ceilings and bath is a sound-front joy. The third bedroom has easy access to a bath. The well-furnished living room, with an entertainment area, has abundant views over the wide sound-front deck and sound. The all-equipped kitchen, with a breakfast bar and an adjacent dining area, can serve early granola sunrises and candlelight get-togethers.
