Description

All the fantastic, one-back from the ocean, SEA N SUN needs is you. Located in the quiet mid Avon subdivision of Hatteras Colony, SEA N SUN has the bones of a perfect beach retreat. The house is just a short walk from the beach boardwalk. Take a short walk in the opposite direction to the local coffee house, art shop, and the DQ. Blizzards are so nice.

On the ground level, SEA N SUN has an outside shower, park grill, fish station, beach chest with some chairs/ boogie boards/ sand toys etc. for guest use, and one carport.

On the first level, bedroom one has a queen bed, access to an oceanside screened porch, and shares entry to a hall bath with tub/shower. Bedroom two has a queen and flat screen TV. Bedroom three has two singles and a flat screen TV. Bedroom four has deck access, one bunk, and a flat screen TV.

Upstairs SEA N SUN has the vacation covered. The well-furnished resort style living area is anchored with ocean views and a LCD TV/DVD entertainment center with stereo. The kitchen has a breakfast bar, all the basics and amenities, a prerequisite wine cooler, and access to ocean view dining area. The nearby full bath contains the laundry area. Terrific, unobstructed, ocean views are visible from the furnished east deck given the empty ocean front lot across the street. Catch the sunset from the west deck. This is your SEA N SUN to enjoy when you come to the beach.
