Sunset Corner is a beautiful, top floor, three-bedroom, two-bath oceanfront condo located in contemporary Durant Station Condominiums in Hatteras Village. An end condo on the west side of the complex gives guests views of magnificent sunsets from your private wrap-around deck. View the beach from Hatteras Inlet to the point at Buxton! Direct beach access via community boardwalk, a well-equipped kitchen with solid surface counters, a stacked washer/dryer, Directv with HBO, a DVR, DVD players, and a sound-side deck. On the ground level, you will find a large fish-cleaning station, grills, and picnic tables.

Elevator service is available to all levels. Just grab a luggage cart from the first-floor coin-operated laundry facility and roll your luggage to your condo door. Additional community amenities include high-speed internet and free WiFi, a community pool (available May to Labor Day), a hot tub (available from April to November), and an outdoor shower. The Durant Station Community Center is topped by the historic tower from the original Durant Lifesaving Station. This is the ideal location for corporate meetings, wedding parties, or for enjoying the space with family and friends. This area boasts a first-floor sitting room with a large flatscreen TV, an electric fireplace (available November to March), and an upper-level game room with a pool table and a complete kitchen.
