Elevator service is available to all levels. Just grab a luggage cart from the first floor laundry room, and role your luggage to your condo door. Additional community amenities include wireless high-speed internet and indoor and outdoor sprinkler safety systems for your peace of mind. Also on site is a large community un-heated pool with hot tub (available May – Labor Day) and outdoor shower. The Durant Station Community Center is topped by the historic tower from the original Durant Lifesaving Station. The Community Center is the ideal location for corporate meetings, wedding parties or just enjoying the space with family and friends (capacity 52). This area sports a first floor sitting room with large-screen TV and a electric fireplace (available November through March) and an upper level game room with pool table and complete kitchen.
