Description

Sunshine is a 4,700-square-foot home, custom-designed for the ultimate sound-front vacation experience. Drive through the tall pines and live oaks of Indiantown Shores into the secluded cul-de-sac at the end of Live Oak Lane to arrive at Sunshine. The Pamlico Sound is just forty feet away, with great wind sports, kayaking, fishing, clamming, and crabbing. There is an under-house carport, two outdoor showers, a powder room, an outdoor storage area, and a fish-cleaning table. Skip up the stairs to the first floor of this two-level home. Play pool or Ping-Pong in the soundfront game room or step onto the deck and jump into the seven-person hydrotherapy hot tub. A bonus den with a home theater, surround sound, and a game table faces the soundfront

Walk through the first-level door into the sleeping wing with bedrooms with nine-foot ceilings and private baths. 'Sound' has a large bathtub. Comfy 'Maritime Forest' is sound-insulated, perfect for that snoring 'bubba bear' in your party. It has direct access to the porch which can also be accessed through the hallway. Run up the stairs to the top level and you will be awestruck with the view of Pamlico Sound through the 22-foot floor-to-ceiling windows. The upstairs living area has a great room with a fireplace area, a full kitchen, a pantry, a dining area, and a powder room. Watch a movie on the home theater, lounging on one of the great room's three comfy sofas. Relax by the gas fireplace in the southwest corner. The center island with a breakfast bar is a great place to socialize, eat, prep, and watch friends cook.
