Description

WAHOO DOCK is ready to host your ideal beach holiday! This 3-level cottage is located within Kinnakeet Shores Resort, with partial ocean views from the deck and a brief walk to the beach. This is a lakeside home, so bring your fishing pole and kayak to enjoy the surrounding lakes. WAHOO DOCK has over 3,000 sq. ft. of living space. The ground level entry opens to a game room with pool table/shuffle board/ping pong table, TV, gaming system, microwave, and refrigerator. Also on ground level are two bedrooms with a shared bath, and a laundry area. Step outside the ground floor to relax at the pool, hot tub, and tiki bar. On the second level, two bedrooms share a convenient hall bath, master suite one has a king bed, private bath and outdoor space access, and master suite two has a king four-poster bed, private bath with hot tub, and a private outdoor space. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs. Level three opens to a light-filled great room with a soaring ceiling, bar, fireplace, and 55 in. TV. A dining area with large table flows into the thoroughly-supplied kitchen, with breakfast bar, eat-in table, and access to a back deck with wonderful sunset views, and a front deck with a picnic table. A stairway landing offers a comfortable window seat/reading nook, and the loft above the third level is a great place to relax and watch the sound sunset. From the outdoor crow's nest you can see the Hatteras Lighthouse in the distance or view the sunrise over the sea. WAHOO DOCK is within easy walking distance of Kinnakeet Shores pool, tennis, and exercise trail, as well as the beach. It is also within walking or biking distance of restaurants, Food Lion, other shopping, and Club Hatteras amenities.
