Step inside to find a freshly painted interior, new carpeting and furnishings in every bedroom, four new Smart TVs, and new lighting, fixtures, window treatments, and bedding throughout the house. Both bedrooms on the first floor have slider access to a private sunroom overlooking the sound. Two decks are accessible from the sunroom, one with an Outer Banks hammock and another with a five-person hot tub.

The top floor features an open living and dining area with a cathedral ceiling and surrounding windows, offering views of stunning sunsets over the sound. A well-equipped kitchen with new cabinets, granite countertops, a stainless steel sink, Karndean commercial vinyl flooring, and a breakfast bar is all ready for all culinary adventures. The sliding door walks you out to a huge, wraparound sundeck - a guest favorite for its views of passing seabirds and spectacular sunsets!

This location is all about privacy. You'll be sitting on a secluded cul-de-sac in "The Colony" on Avon's pristine north end, just a short walk from the Atlantic beachfront. Find a handful of incredible local restaurants across North Carolina Highway 12 if you'd like to delight yourself with some local flavor. Charming Avon is a dreamy destination for fishermen, surfers, kiteboarders, and windsurfers alike - it has a biking and walking path that stretches through the entire town, allowing you to explore and exercise safely.
