Cost: $3/Class or $15/Monthly - Ages 55 and Under; Free/Ages 55+
Each class provides the exerciser with the benefits of water resistance through muscle strengthening and cardiovascular endurance in a low-impact workout with a number of different movements aimed at increasing flexibility, strength and cardiovascular fitness. (Low Intensity Workout)
