If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, no refund will be made unless we are able to re-rent the property for the same price and time period. If the property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, you will receive a refund for the difference. We will make every effort to re-rent the property at the full amount, but we will negotiate rental rates in an effort to get the property re-rented to get you the highest refund possible.
