Stella Maris: A newly built 3-bedroom, dog-friendly home in Avon. This new-to-the-program home is light and bright, minutes from the beach and a hot tub for relaxing in the evenings.

Newly constructed, Stella Maris features a large family room and a comfortable kitchen and dining area, perfect for hosting or relaxing after a day out. Just off the kitchen, enjoy your morning coffee or a home-cooked meal on the screened-in back porch. End the day in one of the 3 well-appointed bedrooms, including a king en suite with a TV and a private bath with a walk-in shower, a queen bedroom with a TV, and a bedroom with both a twin bed and a pyramid bunk. The full hall bath is convenient for both bedrooms. Downstairs, enjoy soaking in the hot tub after cleaning your catch at the cleaning station, grilling out on the charcoal grill, and eating at the outdoor bar. Don't forget to rinse off in the outdoor shower before jumping in! Located close to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and groceries, and just a short walk to the beach, Stella Maris is a perfect home to come back to time and time again! 


Community Amenities: The Club Hatteras Community Pool and Playground are located at 41156 NC Hwy 12 Avon, NC 27915. The pool is generally open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, from 10 AM to 6 PM. Please note that the operation of community pool dates and times may vary, dependent on weather and pool management companies.  

Around Avon Village: There’s plenty to enjoy beyond the beach! Grab fresh local seafood, browse locally owned shops, or cast a line from the historic Avon Fishing Pier. Outdoor enthusiasts can take advantage of nearby ORV beach access ramps or head to the Haulover Day Use Area for easy sound access, watersports, and beautiful views across the Pamlico Sound. 

Beach Access: Just a short walk from the house! Head north and cross the street to Sandfiddler Road toward the ocean. A public beach access boardwalk and path are located at the end of the street, providing easy access to the beach.

No Smoking/Vaping. Dog-friendly - 2 Dogs Maximum Allowed. Dogs allowed for an additional per-pet fee. 

Parking for 3 cars.

Please Note: As a barrier island, Hatteras is constantly changing. Beach conditions, dunes, and access points may vary due to erosion, restoration projects, weather, and other environmental factors.
