Loved everything about this Outer Banks beach house. The property itself is great, and the location is unbeatable. 30 seconds to the beach on one side, and charming local shops just a short walk the other way. It's the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Absolutely loved our stay! The house was very clean and stocked for any needs! The hot tub was very clean and relaxing! A short walk to the beach and right across the street from plenty of restaurants! Highly recommend this home!

We are a family of 4 and traveled with My parents. This home was perfect for us! We love the location, the beaches are quiet but beautiful! Avon has plenty of stores and restaurants without being in the busy bustling area up in Nags Head/Kitty Hawk. House had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Perfect summer break!

This property had ample room for our family of 5! We loved how close we were to the beach and grocery store/restaurants The walk was very doable with our 3 kiddos ranging in age from 5-9.It was so fun exploring all of the islands in the area! The beach was not crowded which made it feel like we had our own private little slice of paradise!

We loved how close the beach is to this house! And the outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing off the sand before going back inside. The house comfortably accommodated all 6 of us and we all had a lot of privacy.

The house is amazing loved the hot tub, two refrigerators, everything is new and clean only a couple of silly things when we got there like grill not cleaned by last renter, propane ran out on grill, and last person put something looking like food in the washer. But I brought this up to tell you the positive Vacasa has a office less then a mile and was greeted by a caring woman, by the time I got to the truck outside a manager was calling and I kid you not when I got home my wife told me a team of 5 employees were their and took care of everything and more. This was amazing customer service and shows the dedication they have to making each stay amazing. They are also great with sending text and email with realtime responses. The only downside to the area that they have no control of is the beach has a lot of flies. If I stay here in the area again I think I would bring a bug tapper or fly strips.

Spacious house and convenient location.

We had 6 people and two dogs, but never felt like we were on top of each other. We were close to the food lion and many local restaurants and a very easy 2 min walk up the sand dune to the beach, which was never crowded!

Family stay for 5 days

Wonderful new house, top notch! New tvs in each bedroom. Great kitchen and balcony Hottub downstairs also great! Clean and super neat ☀️

Coastal Paradise was a clean comfy place for our family vacation and appreciated being able to bring our two pups. We’d happily stay again if the arrival dates remained flexible next summer.

I really liked the house and the layout. It was in a good location. The only detractor is that the access to the beach was a bit tough especially with two kids, hard to drag all the stuff that far and over the dunes.

Perfect smaller home with two levels. Not a lot of extras but perfect for two couples with kids that plan on doing a lot of outdoor activities around the island. Conveniently located in Avon and still has that new house smell! Definitely recommend!

We were thrilled to be the very first guest of this home. What a beautiful home with all the things we needed to feel right at home. Would recommend a few scatter rugs to catch sand throughout home but that did not detract from an awesome stay. Short walk over dune to the ocean, hot tub, and up to date amenities throughout this lovely home. Kitchen was furnished with everything we needed. Can’t wait to visit again!
