Together, the two units feature four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, with two king bedrooms and two queen bedrooms. Each level offers its own comfortable living area and kitchenette, making this a great setup for families or groups traveling together who appreciate having a little extra space and privacy.

Step outside and enjoy the coastal breeze from the outdoor spaces, including the large sound-facing deck—an inviting spot to unwind in the evening as the sun sets toward the Pamlico Sound. The fenced backyard also adds convenience for guests traveling with dogs.

Community Amenities: The Club Hatteras Community Pool and Playground are located at 41156 NC Hwy 12 Avon, NC 27915. The pool is generally open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, from 10 AM to 6 PM. Please note that the operation of community pool dates and times may vary dependent on weather and pool management companies.  

Beach Access: Just a short walk or drive from the house! Head east on Tarpon Drive toward the ocean and follow the road to the beach access near Wahoo Circle. The public pedestrian access provides an easy path over the dunes to the beach.

Around Avon Village: There’s plenty to enjoy beyond the beach! Grab fresh local seafood, browse locally owned shops, or cast a line from the historic Avon Fishing Pier.
