Great space for a family vacation! Lots of windows and natural light. Hot tub was a hit, and my kids enjoyed the tower view.

Beautiful home and great customer service. The refrigerator stopped working and they provided a replacement refrigerator the very next day. Overall a great place to relax and have fun at the beach!

The house was a good size for our group of six adults and four kids, but it could use some attention. It was very dirty when we arrived (dirty Q-Tip and wash cloth on the bathroom floor, dirt/crumbs on the floor in multiple rooms, dirty dishes, etc.) and some minor fixes like new carpet could be used. Otherwise, it was a good place within a short walk from the beach and our favorite coffee shop.

We are used to the gulf coat of Florida beaches so the OBX is an experience new to us. We loved it. The house is about a 5 minute walk to the ocean. We had littles with us so packing all of their needs with us and pulling a wagon was a bit of a challenge. Also we rented baby gates to avoid any falls down steps. This is a perfectly located home. Very beautiful and spacious.

Couldn’t recommend this place more. We had our family of 10 there for a week and it was awesome! The living area/master bedroom on the top level with the rest of the bedrooms in the bottom - layout was perfect. Cool work/nap area on the top with a view of the Ocean and of the Sound! Really easy access to the beach - a 5 minute walk and your sitting down in your chair enjoying the waves and the sea breeze! Definitely looking at coming back in the future!

We very much enjoyed the home. We loved the views from the tower, and enjoyed using the decks. It was a very short walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked.

Unfortunately, we will not becoming back. I tried to reserve for next year but the price increased by nearly $3000. I have gone to another realtor and found a comparable home for less.

Upon arriving, we found the house very clean and wonderfully appointed. We had plenty of room for the six adults and all were pleased with the bed arrangements. We liked how the steps were manageable for everyone. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need and complimentary dish liquid, pods, sponge, etc. The bathrooms had shampoo, bar soap and soft towels for all. We used the lookout up top to view sunsets and moonrise! Beautiful views. We liked having two ways to make coffee in the morning cause we are all coffee drinkers. The walk to the beach is doable for those who don’t have mobility problems. One of the adults has back issues and was unable to get to the beach but she wasn’t upset cause she is not a beach person. We sat at the dining room table for meals and games and loved the size! They have thought of everything and we decided to return next year! Thanks for the memories!

We loved being close to the beach and 3 full bathrooms were a definite plus. My son enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. Good supply of dishes, glasses, pots and pans.

The house is beautiful and comfy. We enjoyed every bit of our time there. The view from the tower was exquisite. Coming at the start of the off season was perfect, allowing us to still enjoy the OBX without huge crowds. We will definitely be booking this same home again

Just need to know that when dealing with a Vacasa home you want an office near by because when there is an issue and you call the phone number that is provided it is a call center and you don’t get anything fixed in a timely manner. We went in person to the Vacasa office in Avon, the lady at the desk was extremely helpful. She even called us back to ensure maintenance arrived.

The one bedroom condo is perfectly fine, well equipped with an excellent view of the ocean. The facility is well kept and we loved the elevators and use of luggage cost. Our `adjustment` was to the one bedroom condo `feel`. The living area is small, and with only one semi comfortable couch, and two not so comfortable chairs in living room. Sea Tower is a wonderful place to stay, everything in the home puts off a relaxing vibe. We felt so rejuvenated after staying in this wonderful home. The pictures are true to a tee to what this house is like. You can see and hear the waves from the uppermost room and the porch to the right of the kitchen, we ate breakfast there every morning. The area is very nice, very quite, but also has enough stores and restaurants if you need something or do not want to cook your meals. We will definitely be booking this home again in the future.
