We stayed with our four kids (10 and under) and one set of grandparents. The only thing that wasn't "perfect" was that there's not a master suite - the two king bedrooms share a quite small bathroom. That is most definitely a first world problem, however - and didn't impede us having an absolutely incredible week. The house was well stocked, grocery store super close, and a lovely and easy walk to the beach.

The house was great for our family. Plenty of room to be together or spread out! Great deck, well stocked kitchen, and a great overall location. The beach access was across the driveway and the community pool a 2 min drive away. We only used the pool twice. It’s a nice size with plenty of chairs around. It’s just at the back of a business, located next to parking lot. Grand Banks is across the street from a shopping area with several dining options, shopping, and the Food Lion.

Very happy with this rental. House was charming and exactly what we needed. Convenient to beach and Food lion for groceries. Plenty of space for everyone.

Had a wonderful week with my mom, sisters and cousin. The alarm system went off at 330 am and the property manager came right over! It went off a couple more times but they were quick to arrive and troubleshoot the issue. While the jets in the hot tub didn’t work well, we spent the majority of the time in the pool, which was perfect! We went kayaking off the dock out back. The kitchen was stocked with all our needs, the refrigerator on the first level was great, only recommendation would be to add a bathroom on pool level. The house was as advertised. The rooms were spacious, my boys especially loved the bunk beds and my daughter loved the "mermaid room". The hot tub was great and the beach was very close and easily accessible. The property management was prompt in answering our questions and the property was nice and clean.

This home is well maintained and fantastically clean. We have issues with mold and cleaning products, so if strong scents or mold is present in a home, we can`t stay there. Keeping mold out of a beach house is difficult given the humid environment, but this house is so well maintained that we are confident we can stay there. This was our third stay and we will return! Very nice rental/vacation. Would stay again. Some comments would be this rental could use a WiFi update. Add extenders or a new device. Weak/ intermittent signals on the upper floor. Assume the majority of renters take the exterior deck steps from the pool/shower to the 3rd floor deck. A wood/concrete walkway to the steps would be nice to avoid the sand.
