House worked well for our 4 adult family. All mattresses were comfortable place was clean and super close to beach access. Will reserve again in the future.

Had a great time at the Outer Banks welcoming the new year. Great property that accommodated 9 family members and a dog. Plenty of space, amazing hot tub on the second floor, easy access to the beach and great layout of the house and common spaces to share family time and be alone whenever you want it.

The house was perfectly appointed for two families. Super short walk to the beach, and walking distance to a food lion and restaurants. It was a wonderful trip and we couldn't have been more pleased.

The view from the porch was beautiful, not too close, not too far. Still got the cool breeze from the ocean. There is a public access straight across the driveway straight to the beach. The house is older so it’s not 100% perfect as expected but it is still very homey. The only way to fix what is wrong with the home is by updating and remodeling. Overall we had a wonderful stay, would come back again!

I highly recommend this vacation home. Everything was so clean and tidy when we walked in. Plenty of towels and toilet paper. Loved the decks and the hot tub. Just a short walk to the beach. I went to sleep each night listening to the ocean. I will definitely stay here again. Spacious rooms. Everything was perfect. Very nice home.

The location was great. Decks and hot tub were good too. It might be time to replace some of the mattresses. There were not enough glasses for the capacity of 10 people. We bought some at food lion.

This is a wonderful area and one can hear and see the ocean from the deck. Nice neighborhood and easy access to so many lovely villages. Plenty of dishes and pans etc. in the kitchen.

This is our second time staying. Big enough for the whole family. Great access to the beach. Awesome view of the ocean with morning coffee. Overall, no complaints except kitchen cookware could stand to be updated. If you're trying to feed a large group, you have to use multiple frying pans. Otherwise plenty of dinnerware. Close to grocery store and pool/playground. Nice quiet neighborhood. Great for walking and/or biking. Will definitely come back again!

With the exception of the kitchen, the layout of the house is really nice. Great beach access! The kitchen is too small for more than one person to be working in. Nice appliances. I appreciated not having to buy bottled water. The cabinets are really difficult to reach for those of us who are vertically challenged. Some of our group found the beds to be uncomfortably firm. A couple of bathroom sinks drained really slowly. However, the positives far outweigh the minor negatives and I would stay at this property again.

We arrived to a very clean house, all beds already made, and the hot tub on and ready for use. Great location, beach access is directly across from the house. Four bedrooms on the first level would be great for family, with the master bedroom upstairs for parents or grandparents. We will rent this place again if we can.

The house was very spacious and fit our whole family perfectly. The walk to the beach was short and you can see the ocean from your deck. We had a great time staying here.

This is a lovely home, even nicer than the pictures. Very, very clean. Lots of space for everyone and just a few steps across the street to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The view was beautiful - we enjoyed watching the sunrise over the ocean. The only issue we had was with mosquitos, so bug spray is a must.
