Property was very clean, welcoming. In a great location right by a walk out beach access path. Plenty of room for the entire family. Would definitely recommend for future stays!

Fantastic location just a few short minutes to the beach. The luggage and supplies lift was a great feature. How is well Maintained and very clean. Will certainly look to rent again.

Home was great. Only downfall was water pressure was horrible. Only one of us cold use the shower at a time. Couldn't flush any toliets or wash dishes at the same time, otherwise you'd lose water completely.

Location, location, location matters to us. This is close to a beach entrance. The luggage lift is a lifesaver and absolutely one of our favorite things.

Easy walk to the beach Dog friendly Clean Close to restaurants, grocery store, ice cream place and coffee shops. Btw if you like fishing you’ve gotta go check out frank and frans bait and tackle shop within walking distance, great people.

We had 5 adults and 3 kids and though it was a little tight in the smaller bedrooms it was the perfect house. The cargo lift is such a great help unloading and loading up the vehicles. The open floor plan on the top floor was laid out perfectly. Because of past experiences, we brought our own cookware but Brigadune 143 had decent pots and pans! The refrigerator had an ice maker that was really fast making ice! In the kitchen there was a pantry that stored our food, snacks and coolers which was so convenient and kept them out of the way. Everyone had a fun and enjoyable time and the location of Brigadune 143 was so convenient to everything!! Thank you for opening up your home to us!

Really liked the view and the second floor kitchen and living space. It was quiet and peaceful, very enjoyable. First floor deck needs replacement soon an upstairs carpet could use replacing as well. Staff helpfulness was really great, all my texts and phone calls were promptly returned. Would definitely come back if staying in Avon again.

Although Brigadune 143 isn’t fancy, it was a great selection for us. The neighborhood was nice and the neighbors were super friendly. The view from the top floor is fantastic. If you like fishing, Ramp 34 is really close. The Avon pier is 1-1/2 miles down the road. The Froggy Dog (nice little restaurant) is an easy walk from the house. We will absolutely be booking this home again.

The lift was excellent! It saved a lot of trips up & down the stairs. The rest of the home nice, clean & had all the necessities for a family vacation.

The house is right next to the beach. The public path to the beach is a few feet away. My only problem with the property was the horrible mattresses and clogged bathroom sink and bath tub.

Property was awesome really no complaints. Had an awesome time staying here with my fiancé and dog. Loved the big open concept family room/ kitchen with high cellings. The large patio is also the perfect hangout spot to hear the ocean and relax. Will stay here again

We had a fabulous long weekend. Loved the open layout of the main living area, and we could see the ocean from the upper deck. Sleeping was comfortable and house was very clean. Close to grocery store and restaurants. We also enjoyed a day trip to Ocracoke.

This home is located in a very quiet neighborhood, and has excellent views of the evening sun setting over the sound. Home is large and comfortable, well laid out and offers something for everyone. Located in a quiet neighborhood with amazing people! Nice short walk to all the shells you can possibly want! Excellent view every night! Avon Pier near by where we watched fishermen catch 5 foot sharks! Super cool! Great store (Food Lion) located near for all you needs! Very highly recommended! We will be back every year 😀

Our family absolutely loved Sunsets in Rodanthe. The views and the sounds of the ocean waves were incredible. You felt like you were beachfront. The short walk to the beach was so simple. The house it self was like moving into a new house as everything was clean and fresh. The refreshing and crystal clean pool plus hot tub were an extra plus everyday in the afternoon.
