Last Mango in Hatteras has undergone an impressive full home remodel! Elegant, stylish, and beachy this is a seaside dream. It sits on the oceanfront with a picturesque view of the water and direct beach access. The top floor has chic new windows and a large modern arch mirror to maximize light in the dining room, kitchen, and living room. The kitchen has been upgraded to have stainless steel appliances with a stylish geometric backsplash. The large granite countertops offer supplementary modern barstool seating in addition to the dining room table directly behind. Underneath the eclectic hanging light fixture is the six-seat dining table. The surrounding décor and exposed beams elevate the coastal cottage appeal. Relax on cozy deep blue sofas or sip on your morning coffee on the outside deck overlooking the ocean. This top level has two bedrooms. The king-size main bedroom on the top level has one of the best views in the house. Wake up to a panoramic view of the ocean, with the windows and sliding doors in this room all facing towards the sea. There is also a queen-size main bedroom on this floor that has its own perk; direct access to the hot tub deck! One level down, on the mid-level, are three more bedrooms. All bedrooms are main bedrooms and their adjoining bathrooms all have tub/shower combos. The newly renovated bathrooms feature gorgeous new patterned flooring to liven up the space. The splashes of color continue on to the bedrooms. One room features dual single-size beds with deep blue bed frames to match the dresser. Meanwhile, the harmonious violet wall décor plays tribute to the property's name. The queen-size main on this floor offers a more classic take on coastal relaxation with its grand wooden bedframe and playful pops of orange. This room is perfect for whoever is seeking to do a bit of work or school while on vacation (A.K.A a 'flexcation') with its connected stylish den/office space. The final additional bedroom features a pyramid bunk and double-sized bed for maximized sleeping space. All bedrooms come with their own personal TV, and all TVs in the house are equipped with Hulu Live, ESPN+, and Disney+. One of the most recently renovated spaces at Last Mango in Hatteras is the completion of the lower-level game room, with a kitchen, and bonus double bunk sleeping space. There is a shuffleboard and foosball table situated in front of a large TV and small seating room for the best vacation hangout area all only steps away from the outside pool! No need to climb up all the stairs for pool snacks, the fully-functioning bonus kitchen features a large stainless-steel refrigerator, sink, modern cabinetry, and charming mermaid scale backsplash for the full aquatic effect. The property was clean and cozy. Comfortable beds. Loved the proximity to the beach and the views of the dunes and ocean. It is a 3 story beach house, so come prepared for stairs. The neighborhood was lovely and the beach was not crowded. 5 minute drive to the supermarket and restaurants. Coffee house at the end of the driveway. We had an excellent stay.

This is a beautiful home in a wonderful location! We had lots of space to gather and relax. Walk to the beach was super nice! So close and not crowded. Enjoyed the clean pool as a break from the beach. Bedrooms were spacious and well decorated.

Awesome house with great amenities. Plenty of bedrooms. Porches are extensive with scenic views. Outdoor shower was very convenient. Pool and hot tub are great as well. Avon is a cool town with a laid back feel. Loved being a little off the grid.

The location was incredible. The house has all the items you would expect. Kitchen has all the gadgets to make wonderful dinners and drinks. Plenty of parking. The house has a good remodel, it is not perfect, but who is. Totally digged the updates. Stairs kicked our ass, but they would to anyone going from 1st to 3rd. Would choose this property again.

We are a family of five that stayed here and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The location is amazing - it was right in the middle of everywhere we like to go. From the location to the amenities offered within the home it is definitely what we were looking for. All around an amazing vacation rental and we will be back next year. We were also very lucky to have baby sea turtles hatch right off our walkway to the beach access.

Absolutely wonderful. Clean, adorable, steps from the beach and walking distance to coffee, shopping, and restaurants. Plenty of space to spread out- kids could play the games in the basement while adults enjoyed some quiet conversations on the deck. No matter what time of day we could always find sun or shade out of the wind on one of the many decks- one of our favorite parts of the house! Kitchen was very well equipped. Beds were the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on! Seriously, they were amazing. Lovely ocean sounds could be heard all day and night. Elevated hot tub made for soaking with a lovely view. Stop searching, stay here… it’s perfect.

Great house- lots of nice bedrooms, each w/en suite bath. Game room and movie room were excellent. Wonderful, large, very clean pool. Very nice, clean hot tub. Perfect location- beautiful sound side views but just a short 10 minute walk to beach. HUGE kitchen, which was great for our party of 10,which included 5 skilled cooks- we never bumped in to each other! Had a fabulous week in this spacious and spotless home.
