Would stay here again. House had everything we needed. Walkway to beach right next to house. Food lion very close as well. House was roomy for 3 different families to be together but have privacy.

Couldn’t have been happier with our stay! 9 of us stayed here to celebrate our collective 30th birthdays and it was just as described. Conveniently located next to the steps to the beach and the added ease of the elevator made getting everything in and out of the house a breeze

This house is awesome. The view couldn’t be better and the elevator is very nice if you need it. It is right next to a wooden beach access. My family seriously wants to come back.

We were fishing the Cape Hatteras Anglers Club tournament, so this was our base. Good parking. Very clean. Excellent wifi. Plenty of kitchen utensils. Plenty of toilet paper, which has not been the case at houses managed by other rental companies. Maintenance very responsive to the two issues we experienced. Would recommend.

We loved the overall decor, and the views from the deck and great room are amazing. We were there during the storms associated with Debby, but we still had a great beach experience given the easy access to the to the ocean and the views.

We loved staying in the Sand Jewel- location was perfect, right on the beach. We loved the high porch chairs to look over the dunes and enjoy that view. Beach access is right next to the house. Wished the house was a little cleaner (vents and curtains have not been cleaned in a long time) and it lacked a working vacuum. Could use more kitchen towels for doing dishes and wiping counters. The chairs didn’t have pads on the bottom so were very noisy especially for the bedroom right below. The bedrooms are bright-curtains offer privacy but do not darken the room at all so if you need dark to sleep claim the twin bed room that is on the first level or bring an eye mask. This house was perfect for our family of 12. We did love that there are two small drink fridges but still needed to make use of a large cooler-buying ice every other day. Another full size fridge/freezer would have been great. Feeding 12 takes a lot of food. The elevator was amazing especially for moving in and out. We were glad we brought some beach chairs because there were not many to take down to the beach. All in all it is a great home, comfy couches, big dining room table, top porch is where we spent most of our time. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

The house is in a great location- right on the beach with beach access on side of house. Plenty of room for our family of 12. We brought a few of our own beach chairs and it was good that we did- also had to rent a couple because there were only 3 chairs and they were pretty rusty and flimsy. The bedrooms range in size, beds are a little hard, curtains do not block a whole lot of light but they do offer privacy- so if you need dark to sleep claim the twin bedroom on the first floor or bring a sleep mask. Plenty of toilet paper was provided, but only one towel per person, and one dish towel- we ended up going to dollar store to buy more kitchen towels. The cleaners were not finished for our 5:00 check in which was frustrating after our long drives we had to wait outside the home for an additional 1/2 hour. The grill was never cleaned and we ended up with a large grease fire- they did come and clean the grill afterwards but it was pretty scary. Kitchen was pretty well stocked with utensils, plenty of pots and pans of all sizes. Two coffee pots and a toaster. The home is starting to show some wear and tear and in need of a little TLC- the molding between kitchen and living room was coming up and we kept tripping on it- Vacasa came out and repaired it- there are some rungs on porches that are a little loose, lots of ripped screens, vents dirty This is a great home, in a great location- my family would love to spend more time here. There are more positives than negatives.

The kitchen is fully stocked and we loved that toilet paper and paper towels and linens were provided! There were several mini fridges which were nice for extra drinks! Amazing views from all of the decks! We loved the gas grill! The grocery store was within walking distance and right next to Duck Donuts!

We traveled as a group of 9 people. This house had everything we needed! The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes we needed, 2 regular coffee pots, and a Keurig. The refrigerator was large, and there were mini-fridges on the top and lowest levels for additional cold storage. There were plenty of chairs on the outer deck. There was a walkway right next to the house to get you to the beach as there are large sand dunes between the houses and the ocean that you are not supposed to climb on. The elevator was a nice extra, once we figured out how to use it, for taking coolers/luggage/supplies to the upper levels. My husband is not able to do stairs, so the elevator was a must. There wasn't a way to get him to the beach, as the walkway had stairs, but that is not the fault of the homeowner, just mentioning in case someone who is also challenged or in a wheelchair would be aware. The beds were comfy, and we had plenty of blankets. The view was amazing! And the Vacasa staff quickly reponded to any questions we had. We would choose this house again!

The kitchen is pretty well appointed with tools, but bring everything else you need. There is not so much as salt and pepper left between renters. The ground level elevator door was locked for us, but the elevator was in working order otherwise and was good for getting groceries upstairs from the game room (we didn't ride in it and could not have gotten a wheelchair in the house easily). Unfortunately they were building a new public access walkway up the dune right next door while we were there, but now it's in so accessing the beach will be very easy and convenient. The second floor hot tub is nice, but does not have a view of the beach after the dune has filled in (which is otherwise a great thing). The tub itself gets up to 104 degrees, but the jet's don't do much of anything. Our son loved the basketball hoop outside and made great use of it. This is the second house we've rented on the beach in the Avon area and it is the one we plan to go back to. We had a great week there!

The view of the ocean from the big family table is spectacular. The beach access can't be beat, with fireworks in view on the Fourth of July. Access to restaurants and groceries is excellent, and the house is spacious.

Just spent the week here in Avon! The house is absolutely beautiful. The elevator was a HUGE bonus when carrying in and out luggage, groceries, and beach gear. The house came equipped with everything you may need (dishes, silverware, pots & pans, irons, laundry, toiletries, beach chairs & umbrella). We got to see so many dolphins from our balcony and we had deer on our front lawn. I will be booking here again.

We had 12 of us staying here for a week and it never once felt crowded. Spacious enough for people to have some quiet alone time if they want to and plenty of games and activities for any rainy days :). It's right on the beach with easy access. We had a few minor issues when we first arrived, but the property manager responded so quickly that I won't even remove a star. Very impressed with the location, ease of contactless check-in, and quick response time/follow-up from the property management company. We all had a fun and relaxing time! Would definitely choose this house again next time we're in Avon.

Loved the house. Great space, up to date, attentive service. Elevator did not work but we were compensated for that and stayed anyway. You need the elevator :). The only downside was the lack of towels (only one per bathroom). Owner does a great job of having about everything you could want including cable tv, internet, Netflix, kitchen equipment and other services. Also a great sound system with the tv. BBQ grill and telescope look good but both are shot and no longer working. Take binoculars to watch the dolphins. Also saw a couple of whales. Would certainly stay there again!

Great location, great house with plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable, kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook and serve meals, hot tub needs a little upkeep. Overall fantastic house,

This house has a great location, easy access to the beach, and it is well taken care of. The only “complaint” I would have is that you have to walk around the house to use the outdoor shower when coming off the beach to clean off before coming inside. Otherwise everything was fantastic.

Family had an amazing time. House was great and an excellent value for our money. Would definitely recommend and stay again should we make a return trip. Would book though Outer Beaches in a second. Lots of space, very clean, perfect location. TVs in bedrooms were great for the kids and fully stocked kitchen made eating in a great option so money could be spent on other experiences.
