The entire interior of Yankee Clipper has been totally remodeled and renovated to include a new kitchen and appliances, new furniture, and two new bathrooms with tiled showers. On top of that, the two exterior ocean-facing decks feature renovations such as new railings and furniture. A wooden walkway was also built from the house out to the beach access path. This beautiful oceanfront property is ready to help you have the best Outer Banks vacation yet! One of the best oceanfront bargains you'll find, Yankee Clipper is a comfortable home complete with pleasing beachy decor and lots of TLC. After unpacking, relax in the comfortable great room with a cathedral ceiling and gaze out the sunny windows at the spectacular view of the sand dunes and the Atlantic Ocean. The totally remodeled, well-equipped kitchen will be the perfect place for the family chef to cook up some tasty seafood and other delicious treats. The second-floor reading nook with a deck is the perfect little quiet spot to catch up with a good book or write a postcard to loved ones. Three comfortable bedrooms will be just the ticket when you need to catch up on much-needed rest. Central air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the home will provide cool breezes as you watch a show or a movie on one of two TVs with a DVD player. Perfect for our family of 4!
We loved staying in this home. Beautiful views of the sunrise from the upper deck and great location (on the beach and super close to delicious food options). House was clean when we arrived. Water pressure in upstairs shower was somewhat low, but it was no big deal as we just used the downstairs shower. Check in and check out were super easy. Mattresses were comfortable. Wi-Fi worked well. The outside shower was a nice option. We would definitely return!

This cottage was perfectly decorated right on the ocean front with a fantastic view from the second floor deck! New bathrooms, and adorable new kitchen make it very nice!

TV remotes
The house was great, being right on the beach. The only trouble we had was learning how to use the tv remotes. Will use VACASA in the future.

Great beach view!
Vacation anniversary trip planned for me and my wife. Totally loved the location and layout of the house. We definitely would recommend.

First the good: beautiful home, great views, comfortable furniture Now the things that need improvement: Instructions on how to operate the TV/Cable Provide window blinds or blackout curtains in bedrooms, had to hang up bathtowel for privacy Provide mattress covers on king bed Need more silverware When we arrived a dog water bowl and poop bags were on the deck..this is a no pet home?

Wonderful? Loved all of the decor and homey touches. I did discover a bookshelf in the upper master closet. Perhaps it should be more centrally located. Loved the extra ice maker and round fridge. All in all, we loved it! We all LOVED this house. Such a homey feel. Pretty much everything in good repair. Most vacation homes are a bit `sterile` . Not so with One. Having drive on beach access right next door was also a big plus, no lugging stuff to the beach, just throw in the back of our SUV and drive on (with permit, of course). This house is so welcoming with beautiful ocean views. We loved the covered deck for reading . The roof top deck was perfect for evening relaxing and star gazing. The location is very private but still has easy access to the stores and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and I really appreciate the made beds. After driving ten hours it`s nice not to have to make up beds before you can sleep! The only drawback was the furniture on the covered deck.
