The house beach access has changed since we last stayed there. The house has a lot of up grades. Loved the bigger kitchen, not so much the beds!

This is a lovely home - light-filled and roomy with easy access to the beach and local amenities. We knew the sunrises would be amazing but we were pleasantly surprised by the gorgeous sunset views from the living room each night. The master bedroom is wonderful and three of the four bedrooms downstairs all have direct access to the deck leading out to the beach and the hot tub, and the beds are really comfy. The kitchen has just about everything you’ll need, although they should provide a few more tea towels and larger platters for the bigger groups like ours, that I imagine rent this place regularly. I’ve read about the difficulty with navigating the sand dune to get to the beach, but this wasn’t an issue for our group, and we had 5yr olds - 70yr olds, so don’t let this scare you away!! The home felt so private yet was so close to all the amenities we needed - the grocery store, bike rentals, and some fantastic restaurants were only 5-10 minutes away.

The house was nice and the location was great. Beautiful views of the ocean from the decks and the hot tub was a hit. When we arrived at the beach house for our 5:00 check in it had not been cleaned. We called vacasa and they weren't able to get anyone there until the following morning which was a bit of an inconvenience having to sleep on beds with no sheets or comforters. However they sent someone out the next morning and she was great, cleaned the house, brought new sheets and towels, etc. They refunded us the cleaning fee and we understand things like that can happen. Just wasn't the best way to start off the vacation after driving 12 hours. Aside from that it was a great vacation. We all agreed we would stay there again. The place could use a little tlc when it comes to furniture. Couches, coffee tables, etc. Wasnt terrible, but you can see it had some wear. Still was worth it for the money and the location.

The house was perfect! We took advantage of everything the house had to offer. It was perfect for us 10 girls. We had a bathroom issue which was addressed within the hour of me calling. Would definitely stay here again!

Air conditioning worked well, and kept us all comfortable! House had great views and space. We loved the little room off the dining area. Plenty of comfortable seating in living room for all guests. Only negative was the high dunes, especially after a hurricane. I’m sure this can’t be helped as all homes in the area were the same. Would recommend this home.

We had a great stay at Prime Time and loved the ocean front views. Sitting on the balcony day or night and watching the ocean was awesome. We did not notice from the pictures, or we overlooked it as we were excited to be right on the beach, but the dune separating the home from the beach can be an issue for some families. We had my dad (70) and mother in law (70+) with us and it was quite a chore for them to get to the beach - when we originally thought from the pics that we would walk right out the patio doors and be there but there’s a bit of a dune in the way. If you have a young family it may not be a problem but with a bunch of stuff to carry, 3 little kids, and 2 70+ adults it was not as easy as we hoped. However, like I said that could be on us too for not looking closer at the photos. The home is beautiful and spacious. All the necessary amenities are there (regular coffee pot and charcoal grill), and the hot tub is a bonus. We had a great time and will recommend to most!

We loved the home - brand new kitchen is awesome - well stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils and cookware. So many comfortable places to sit inside - easy access to immense beach with one small sand dune to get over. There are many excellent restaurants within 5 minutes and a Food Lion less than a half mile away. Bathrooms are great. Hot tub works well.

Prime Time: Spacious home with gathering areas was well stocked in a great location. Quick response of maintenance staff to get hot tub functional. Home designed well to maximize views from all rooms. Recommendations: Provide extra towels, rags & trash bags. Create a welcome book with important home information, area recommendations & departure information/ expectations.

Clean, huge home with remodeled kitchen and floors. Saw dolphins and whale spouts from deck. Corporate owned/managed so no personal touches. No beach chairs/salt/pepper/oil. Limited dishwasher detergent/dish cloths. Great beach. Groceries and coffee shop near by. Would definitely stay again.

Location was awesome!! Very roomy with unbelievable views!! Would’ve been a 5 but the check in time changing from 4pm to 6pm the week before vacation stunk and upon arrival there were no wash cloths…still dirty dishes in dishwasher where it wasn’t run and still dirty clothes bins in the house that they left there…housekeeping needs to be better but other than that it was a beautiful beach house.
