Cute beach house! Plenty of space for 8. Kitchen could have been better equipped but we made do. Would recommend staying here!

This home has views! On the third level, you can see the ocean and the sound. You can see the ocean from the living room! Kitchen is well stocked. Easy walk to the boardwalk/path to the beach.

We have stayed in Attitude Adjustment over a dozen times. We love the practical layout, mini bar, placement of decks that work for different times of the day, and the easy access to the beach. We've tried other homes, but only when we can't Attitude Adjustment!

This house was practically perfect- we were able to spread out with our four teens (essential) and enjoy family time as well. The table was great for family dinners and game nights. The couch was perfect for a large family movie! The kitchen is well stocked - felt like home! Great views all around of both the ocean and the sound!

Location was great and home was very cozy. Very large living area. Mattresses could use some upgrades as they are very firm. If bringing pets be careful walking them because cactus around house are pretty bad.

Overall a really nice home. Very spacious, close to the beach and stores, well equiped. A few frustration that could easily be fixed :(dishwasher is filthy and stains dishes, a few broken things to repair/replace and cleanliness of the sheets)

The house is very nice. It was a pleasant surprise to see new furniture in the living area. The kitchen is very well stocked. There is a master bedroom/bath. There are small, very prickly cacti in the yard so if you are bringing dogs you will need to be careful where you walk them. We had a wonderful time.

The house fit 4 adults and 4 children perfectly. Plenty of room to spread out and not be right on top of each other. It’s located confidently to grocery options as well as off road vehicle access to the beach. The community pool was a great addition.

Everything was excellent as per usual, decking and carpet and kitchen are WONDERFUL. Terrific place for groups large or small with easy Access to The Atlantic.

The house was clean and well equipped for our family to cook, eat, and play. There was a short beach access to the beautiful Avon Beach. The decks surrounding the house gave us great views of the sound and the ocean. We hated to leave, and will definitely look at staying here next time!

This house is situated between the ocean and the sound and you have beautiful views of both from the living rooms and of course the many decks. The house is huge with 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 3 bathrooms, a wet bar, and spacious fully stocked kitchen. We absolutely loved our stay there.

I want to thank you for the wonderful time we had at your rental in Avon. The home was beautiful, clean and comfortable with all the amenities. It is truly a home away from home. I particularly enjoyed the pool and relaxing with one of the many books available. Spent a lovely time in the picturesque town of Manteo and the Cape Hatteras Museum which was close by.
