Forever June is a charming beach retreat that is located just five lots back and 120 yards from the beach. The Avon fishing pier is an easy stroll away, or you can opt to stay entertained at home, with the four TVs, DVD, stereo/CD, and wireless high-speed internet. The under-house concrete parking makes loading and unloading a breeze, and the young ones will be happy to stay outside and have fun on the lighted deck with play area, while dad cooks up dinner on the BBQ. You'll also find the laundry room and fish cleaning station in this area. A large south sundeck is perfect for soaking up the rays, and inside vacationers will be happy to discover that this home was designed for groups, with bedrooms and a bath at each end, bordering a central great room. The screened porch provides an additional shaded retreat, and with comfortable accommodations and easy beach access, your guests will surely be able to relax at Forever June.

This home is great for the price. It was clean and had good WiFi. The appliances are dated and the washing machine is under the home so you have to go outside into what feels like a sketchy closet. The kitchen could have been supplied with better kitchenware. If you plan on doing lots of cooking then it is lacking.

Only issue we had was finding the washer and dryer. It was outside in a locked area. If that was listed anywhere, I missed it. The house was clean. New carpet. New furniture. The bed was not real comfy (hard and stiff). But otherwise perfect. Not one bug the entire visit. Cleanliness is my number one priority, and it was clean. We did have issue with key pad (vacasa - not owner), and had to have Vacasa come and bring a key (took about 30 min to resolve the issue). Overall a great vacation. A light over the fish cleaning area would be a great addition. We would rent this house again. Thanks to the owners for sharing it with us.

This house was clean and comfortable. The furniture and the decor are very dated , but that did not make the house unpleasant . It was a little strange that the washer and dryer were located outside under the house. The people in the house before us left tons of garbage so much so that we didn't have the opportunity to even get rid of our trash until after trash pickup on Tuesday.

We had a wonderful stay at Forever June 383. The place is a little dated but it gives it character. The place was clean, plenty of pots, pans, dishes, utensils. The beds were comfortable as well. We didn't use the public beach access but it wasn't a far walk from the house for those without an ORV. The Avon Pier and Food Lion were not far away. Found a new favorite Bait and Tackle shop and explored a few ORV ramps close to the home that we had never driven on before. Vacasa also made sure we had towels, hand soap, travel size shampoo, a small starter dish liquid, starter dishwasher packs and starter laundry detergent packs. The communication from Vacasa was stellar. We would rent this house again. Thank you Forever June 383 owners and Vacasa for a wonderful 16 year wedding anniversary get away!

Our group had a fantastic week at this property! Plenty of space for multiple cars and a super close walk to the beach. Two patios made it so much easier to spend more time outside, no matter the weather, even when we were not on the beach! Inside amenities were outdated, but an overall simple house, good for a big group!

Even though the house is a little dated, some furnishings have been updated and it was very comfortable and very clean . The house is in a GREAT location , ocean side in Avon. It was a quick walk to the beach and to the amenities in town. We took advantage of the Vayk beach gear rental program/credit that came with the rental. It was convenient, affordable, and fun to use. We had a great week on the beach and exploring the outer banks !
