Being on the beach is always wonderful. It is a beautiful spot. My grandson proposed to his girlfriend while we were there. So that was so sweet. It was a very relaxing vacation . I am sure we will be back.

I've been going to OBX for years. Overall Patti's is the best place I've stayed. Great location easy access to the beach pool hot tub.. puzzles books. We could've used some better weather(tropical storm Debbie week ) but any time in Hatteras is a good time! Definately a place to rebook.

Location was perfect. You can’t beat the access to the beach and then the private pool and hot tub. Plenty of space. The view from the deck and family space were great. Loft is very cool and definitely teen approved. Very convenient to grocery store and dining. Great stocked kitchen but that meant no space for food we brought. We had to keep everything in the counter. Overall, great experience and we look forward to our next visit!

My family loved the layout of the house along with the nautical decor. Enjoyed the short walk to the beach…and the convenience of the pool. Had a blast in the hot tub. Enjoyed shopping and eating dinner out in Avon. Would stay at Patti’s Place again.

This home was absolutely one of the best we’ve stayed in. It was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped which made cooking for our large family so nice. Loved being so close to the pier!

My kids and grands vacationed in Avon OBX for a week. We were very nervous booking online but our house was perfect. There were 10 of us and there was plenty of room. Pattis house was decorated so perfect and it was a beautiful home. (5 bedrooms and 5 baths, a pool and a hot tub. There was so many balconies to wake up and see the ocean. I love that it was on the ocean. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The dining table and bar seating made it nice to all have dinner together. There was also a deck off of the kitchen with a picnic table too. There were plenty Of supplies and linens and a washer and dryer. There was also a l game area with 2 game systems and plenty of games. There were puzzles and board games . Movies… My favorite room was the loft or reading room. It is stocked with a variety of books. The house was very clean upon our arrival. I highly recommend this house and we will again. Thanks for sharing this beautiful home as we had a perfect vacation in paradise .
