Dune it Right boasts a beautiful oceanfront setting, stunning ocean views, a private swimming pool, a hot tub, and four primary bedrooms.
Bed Sizes: 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Doubles, 4 Twins,

Family-friendly features include three large, furnished decks with restricted access, a private sunroom off the kitchen with a TV and a DVD player, a poolside half-bath, and two outdoor showers. Take your pick: get wet in the (10-foot x 38-foot x 10-foot x 12-foot) L-shaped pool, the six-person hot tub, or the open ocean, or simply stretch out on three decks and take in the panoramic views. There's even a boardwalk leading directly to the beach right from the house steps.

Inside, you'll enjoy pretty decor, large living spaces, and a cathedral ceiling in the top-floor great room. The well-equipped kitchen is a great place to prepare tasty dishes and talk about your plans for the day. The four primary bedrooms include two separate kings, a queen, and one room with two double beds. The additional bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds features a full bathroom just down the hall. Still need another place to lay your head? The queen sofa bed in the enclosed sunroom is a comfortable spot to rest after the day's fun exertions.

Evening entertainment options include seven TVs, seven DVD players, a stereo/CD player, a pack-n-play , and high-speed WiFi. Great fun and comfortable accommodations await you this year.

House is in a nice cul-de-sac in quiet relaxing neighborhood in avon. Very large home, beautifully decorated! Beautiful open floor plan plenty of space for everyone in family! Beautiful warm large pool & huge clean hot tub! Full kitchen everything you need to serve a nice meal and eat on huge well furnished deck while looking over ocean. Or extra large dining room table that will fit the whole family all around it! Private decks upper and lower floors overlooking pool and ocean. Very comfortable spacious beds! Outdoor showers and nice half bath right out by pool. Quick access to private boardwalk straight to the beautiful beach! Very close to shopping, restaurants, watersport rentals, entertainment and fishing pier! My family and I had an amazing week at dune it right and look forward to staying there again! If your looking for a place in outer banks that's private, relaxing but close to food and entertainment dune it right is perfect place to stay!

Had a great stay at Dune it Right. Enjoyed the large living space and proximity to beach. Pool was very large. House was generally in great condition, but had a few key maintenance issues that needed to be addressed.

This is our second year at this house. While it is an older house that could use some updates, the location and convenience to stores/restaurants is a 10 out of 10.

When we rented we knew it was an older home and expected some minor things. However, the cleanliness is what was really disappointing. It was clear that it was just a quick surface level clean. However, the size and description were right on. The view and location are amazing and worked great for our party of 8, with plenty of space for a few more people.

The views, the short walk to the beach, the short walk to the grocery store & duck donuts, the pool, the hot tub, the time with family... what else is there in a trip to the beach? Also, the trip from Nags head to Avon with the dunes and bridges is so worth the 45 minutes. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home and helping us make memories to last a life time!

The home is gorgeous and exactly as advertised! We loved the beachfront location, listening to the waves from the third floor patio, and taking a dip in the pool. We also loved the location that’s walkable to Food Lion and restaurants but still removed from the bustle of the main road. The home is part of a beachfront enclave right with a quiet road that’s bikeable to get to farther stores. We will definitely be back to this house again!

This is a great house for sharing with friends or family. Wonderful view of the ocean, short walk to the beach, and great accommodations. The kitchen was stocked well enough for a group that loves to cook and the dining room table is also good for large groups.

There are many pros and some cons to the Dune it Right property. But overall we would rent here again. Remember you are in Hatteras, it’s the quiet side of OBX. You will drive an hour if you want any tourist attractions. But the beach is quiet, beautiful and plenty of space for your whole crew. The beds were comfortable and the living/dining area was perfect for our family of 7. The house is in need of repairs, and the kitchen has very limited utensils. Only some of the fans worked, the dryer did not work and we called because the lockbox kept locking us out. Vacasa responded right away. The pool was cloudy when we arrived but a gentlemen came and added chemicals and it was fine. We had a blast despite the small things and overall had an unforgettable vacation here. My biggest advice would be to prepare yourself for 30 min drives to almost everything. But if it’s peace you’re looking for this is it. The proximity of the grocery store was a big help. And the ice cream truck came every evening!

This home was well taken care of, large, amazing views, quiet neighborhood, and the pool was the main attraction. It was so nice to have the half bath right at the pool and the two shower stalls to wash off after the beach. Food Lion 1min drive away. The inside was perfect, the kitchen well stocked with cookware (no seasonings or coffee filters so bring your own). The house was clean when we arrived. It was a pain to get a few things fixed, thru Vacasa. The people were nice but it's a lot of run around to get someone to address our issues which was frustrating.

We loved the location, general house amenities and how the house was laid out. Kitchen is well stocked. Avon is a great place to stay for a relaxing time away from the hectic day-to-day activities.
