The place could be cleaner, checking in at 5pm isn’t the best. Didn’t get a checkout list until after we had already left due to our checkout time. Driveway ropes should be moved for more parking access. But the location was nice. Conveniently close to everything.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Good Life 774. The property provided a wonderful space for us to spend quality time together while enjoying both the ocean and the sound. Its convenient location made it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities, and we especially appreciated having access to the Hatteras Realty pool. To help enhance future guests’ experiences, we would like to offer a few suggestions. The shower curtain liners could be cleaned or replaced due to the presence of mold, and the outdoor light switches near the outdoor shower area may need attention or replacement. Trash cans was completely full at the time of stay. But overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciate the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful property.

My wife and six kids absolutely loved the house and the area. It was amazing. We have went on a lot of trips, but this is the only one where everyone wants to go back next year. Thank you all so much it was awesome

It was right off of Highway 12. Close to shopping, fishing and restaurants! The unit was clean and had plenty of linens. Lots of space, especially on the sundecks. I would definitely recommend it!

Very small driveway. You pretty much have to back out onto Hwy 12. We had to leave a day early because they were going to close Hwy 12

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay this past week while at the outer banks. We stayed as a 3-generation family, and this property was everything we could have hoped for. As another reviewer noted, it doesn’t have the most up to date finishes, but that hardly mattered. The property was clean, charming, comfortable, and the perfect place to create memories with 2 grandkids under 5. The beach wasn’t more than a 5 minute walk, and the proximity to the grocery store made getting supplies during the week super simple. I’m a runner, and had multiple options for running routes each day. Cannot recommend this properly enough. We had an amazing time!

I love that there are so many "little extras" included. There's not only sheets on the beds and towels for everyone, there's toilet paper, and hand soap, and bath soap, shampoo, conditioner (for each bathroom), laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish washing liquid soap, paper towels, liners in every trash can... I'm sure I'm missing something! Wifi works great and all the TVs as well. We love the covered porch. Very comfortable house and only a 5 minute walk to the ocean. Love it!

The common area is very spacious and makes easy sharing with family and friends. Close to the beach. Bring chairs and umbrella for the beach.

Over all our stay was great. We did a walk through when first arriving and most of the outside lights were blown out and the kitchen sink leaked. I reported it and they were very friendly and fixed the issue as quick as they could. All staff and service staff were friendly and respectful. The location was not bad at all. Truly, the main complaint I had was the floors being dirty.

Large bedroom on second floor and separate kitchen, dining and living area all one big space. 3 bedrooms downstairs... perfect for this old guy taking his adult grandchildren fishing. Nothing ostentatious... but a very cozy, well maintained home... reasonably priced.

This was a nice house for the price. No real big complaints. The mattresses were a bit too firm for me. It is close to beach access. Life guarded beaches are a bit of a drive but not too far. Food lion is just down the street and is open 24 hours. Overall good for the price.

This home was perfect for our weekend stay at the Outer Banks. We absolutely loved the 360 views from the multiple balconies. We could hear the ocean from the home and saw beautiful sunrises each morning. The walk to the beach was short, and there were sidewalks for walking or biking. Highly recommend!

Seven of my best friends and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach house. The house was very comfortable and beautiful. The beach is close and we really enjoyed watching the sunrise and the sunsets.

We had a wonderful stay in Avon, NC. The home was perfect for my family of 6. It was located 1/2 mile from a fully stocked grocery store and only a couple minute walk to the beach. There was plenty of room for sleeping and leisure activities. The outdoor shower was wonderful for keeping sand out of the house and the wrap around porch was an added bonus. Thankfully, we only had minor issues because the phone communication with the rental company was non-existent due to long wait times and the text communication was slow and difficult since there was not a local contact person.
