The location of this home is on a quiet street, perfect for the kids to run around and play while the adults relax on the sundeck with built-in seating. The large screened porch with a swing and picnic table will be a great place to enjoy an evening meal while you wait for a beautiful sunset. Twin Dolphin also offers a lockable storage room with a washer/dryer and has a new outdoor shower. You'll also enjoy being close to the OBR Pool and Avon Pier. Nice place to stay. The master bed is just a bit too soft for me, but others my like it. Great location, close to everything. Excellent parking as there is ample room under the house.

This cottage is your wonderful classic beach cottage steps away from the beach. Nothing fancy but was clean and simple. Met our needs. New Beach access was nice! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Vacasa service was extremely responsive! Water line broke, no running water. We reported it and it was fixed within the hour!

We loved our stay at Twin Dolphin. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Short walk to the beach, comfortable beds. It's not fancy, but it's cute and clean. We would definitely stay again!

We loved the screened in spacious porch and porch swing. Kitchen was well stocked and roomy. Very close to the beach, fresh seafood shop. Attractively decorated. Great stay !

Like I said we have been staying at the Twin Dolphin since 2016 loved to see the updates that have been made to it. We consider it our "home away from home" See you next year!!

We stayed a week at Twin Dolphin house. This is a great place for one family or two. The house has everything we needed, very cozy , we did have a great time. Definitely we would rent it again.

We enjoyed our vacation week at the Twin Dolphin. The house was OK - good location, well equipped. The screened in Porch was nice. It could use some updates on the furniture and the outside deck needs to be replaced. The hose was very clean when we arrived & it was available early for check-in.

Spacious bungalow for 6. Great living room dining kitchen space, great beds, nice screened porch only about 3 houses to the beach access. Would definitely rebook. Conveniently located for all things in Avon.
