The back side of the home has two levels of sundecks that overlook the private pool and the lush wetlands in the backyard. The private hot tub is located on the first-level back deck.

With three primary bedrooms and a pair of rooms for the kids connected by a bathroom, this home is spacious enough for the whole group. A lounge area sits on the first level just off the front deck, offering a large TV and a plush couch. The great room on the top floor - composed of the kitchen, dining, and living areas - has high ceilings and plenty of windows that frame amazing views. This house was fantastic! Plenty of room, the hot tub was amazing, the views were amazing, the bedroom/bathrooms were great, with every bedroom having it's own bathroom. Location was prime, with a short walk to see the Sound sunsets and a short drive to Ramp 38. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Pool and Hot Tub were nice. The view was pretty. I like the large Kitchen and Living area. House was laid out nicely.

Excellent location for kite boarding, easy sound access with a smaller beach area launch at the end of the boardwalk. House was comfortable and had everything we needed for 10 people. Would stay here again

This is a fantastic house, Plenty if room for multiple families to enjoy. Views of the sound are amazing at sunrise and sunset. Easy access to the sound makes for nice morning or evening walk.

Beautiful home located on the Sound side of the island. Multiple walking trails and boardwalks nearby. Very peaceful neighborhood. House was clean and had everything needed, including several rolls of toilet paper and travel sized soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each bathroom. Kitchen is very well stocked. We did not find it difficult to cook meals for 10 people. House is very spacious, including several decks, a nice sized hot tub and pool. Rooms were large with very nice bathrooms. There is a grocery store and several great restaurants/bars very close by. We had a great time and would rent this home again!

Nice to have sheets, towels and hand soap provided. Good location. House was clean. Would have been nice to have had towels in the kitchen. Will definitely rent this one again.

The house is beautiful, clean and spacious. We were a large group of 10 people and it felt very comfortable. Lots of space to hangout in the living room or on the balconies. The kitchen is fully stocked and spacious to cook meals for everyone. The hot tub is a very nice bonus after a long day at the beach. The swimming pool is smaller than it looks on the pictures but also a very nice thing to have in the house. The rooms are comfortable and large. The flush of the bathroom upstairs was broken when we arrived, when I told Vacasa about it they offered to send somebody right away to fix it, it was a minor inconvenience for us so we didn't bother but they said they will fix it after our stay. Overall great stay, we will be coming back:)
