AV95 The Beacon 95

The house was ok but needs some TLC. Has the basics and good location. Hot tub is nice. Basics in the kitchen and things like blinds need attention as does cleaning service.

Great house. Love the open vaulted ceiling top floor. Private master bath always a must for me. Also like the back door off the master to the hot tub. Great kayak/paddle board launch to the sound. Really nice views . I will definitely be looking to book this property again next year

We enjoyed our here, it had a little launch for kayaks/paddle boards which we did not get to use since we didn't bring our kayaks. It was close to where we wanted go fishing at with the best pricing.

My husband and I and our two boxers got away for a few days before our Inseason begins at our privately owned campground in New York State. This house was a wonderful get away for us! The sunsets are amazing! The beach access is very close.The wind surfers and kite boarders kept us entertained while sitting on the deck with our coffee/cocktails. The hot tub was enjoyable and we appreciated the fully screened room. When visiting you should order a crabmeat griller from Oceanic Bistro. Absolutely delicious!

We’ve stayed at your home before and we’re just as happy this time with the property as we were last time. There was a handful of wood screws in the driveway when we arrived. There was some confusion with check in. Original listing said 4pm and then I received an email saying 5pm. When I asked to check on an hour earlier than 5pm I was told “no” that I could check inat their standard time of 4pm.

This house all around fits your needs. The first floor should probably reconsider the carpet and fix the odor but the rest of the house is great. The screened in porch on the second level with the hot tub was our favorite hangout spot. Beautiful sunsets can be seen from the top deck. If you like fishing the sound like my husband, this house is right at the big island where he’s caught a pile of fish.

We've stayed in Avon for a few years now and have rented different houses each time. This one was our favorite. Great location on the sound with amazing sunset views. House was the perfect size and had everything we needed. Another wonderful OBX vacation in the books!

We had a rough year so when we got to this house in Avon it had just the right amount of space for everyone. While the guys fished the women shopped and relaxed.

Friends and kids had a get together- the house provided enough space for everyone- dogs were welcomed - house had everything we needed- and enough space for all the boats and beach gear

It was right by the water with a cute little neighborhood for taking the dogs for a walk. Plenty of room for the whole family. Gorgeous balcony overlooking the water.

This house is very convenient to the ocean and all things in Avon. It is on the second row back from the ocean with nearby public beach access to a nice wide beach. It had plenty of room for our family. The living room had enough seating for everyone to fit comfortably. Two full size dining tables and bar stools gave us plenty of room at mealtime and game time.The exposed hot tub was wonderful for relaxing and star gazing. There are ocean views from the top deck. Beautiful home with everything you could ask for. Sitting on the wrap around decks watching the sunrise in the mornings, listening to the ocean no matter where you sit, to amazing sunsets at night, all breathtaking! Being able to have my dog was a big plus and The easy access to the beach. But the best part was hearing 6 teenage boys tell us “ best vacation ever!” Thank you The Knotty Whale and Outer Beaches Realty!
