Newly remodeled Windsurfers Landing is the home for you if you love the water. Relax and enjoy your get-a-way in this wonderful sound-front home with magnificent sound views and seasonal, breathtaking sunsets. It's the perfect launch point for kayakers, kite surfers, windsurfers, and small boaters. Included is the vacant lot across the street, perfect for parking your extra surfing gear and boat trailers. Spend your quiet hours fishing and crabbing from the dock or cast your rod directly from the two upper decks built directly adjacent to the water. Enjoy your meals indoors or out with a fantastic sound view, or simply relax, lounge or entertain in the sun. At night don't miss star-gazing and enjoy the brilliant night skies from the dock or the upper deck. The ground level has a boat dock, charcoal grill, an under-house concrete pad, an outdoor shower and dressing room, a lockable storage area, and a sandy play area for the kids. On the first floor, the lighthouse-themed bedroom has a pyramid bed and a TV. The sound side second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a TV. In addition, you'll find a desk that provides work ease for those who must bring their work. The sound side master bedroom showcases a king-size bed, a TV, and a full master bath. Both sound-side bedrooms have access to the second-floor deck and porch. A second full bath and laundry corner are convenient for everyone. The upper floor features a newly remodeled kitchen designed with beach cool and calm blues and grays. Unwind at the bar and enjoy a few drinks, dine with breathtaking views then relax and watch your favorite shows on the big screen TV. With world-class sunsets and sound-front access, Windsurfers Landing is waiting for you.

Beautiful views and perfect access to the Sound--but we shouldn't have to bring a ladder from home to get in and out of our kayaks.

We absolutely loved the views although the sun set was a bit hidden by the other houses this time of year. Being right on the water and having the kayaks made evening adventures on the sound side a top priority! Waking up and stepping out our door to such beauty sure was spectacular, it made every morning amazing even the last, terrible weather and all! The kitchen and living room on the second floor was perfect for our little family, very cozy with bright colors and again beautiful views! We really enjoyed our week and look forward to returning late June!

We loved the location of this house! Right on the sound - with water access - and kayaks!!! The kids had a great time fishing, swimming, and kayaking right out the back door!

We loved the location and the view of the sound.

The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The only negative was the bed in the master bedroom was very squeaky and a little uncomfortable.

Great Sound side property!

Windsurfers Landing is a wonderful property that has a great floor plan and great views! The outdoor shower was one of the best ever. We really enjoyed our stay and loved being waterfront on the Sound.
