Child- and dog-friendly, Easy Breezy is a picturesque and affordable waterfront spot for the whole family. The renovated home now features a magnificent Great room and entertainment center with huge picture windows offering panoramic view of the Pamlico Sound just a few feet away. The dock and the waterfront sidewalk are great places to launch windsurfing and kiteboarding adventures, tie up a boat or wave runner, fish, and just relax and enjoy waterfront living. On the ground level are a charcoal grill, an outdoor shower, and board storage racks. The Great room features a 75-inch smart TV, and electric fireplace and opens to a beautiful deck with a six-person hot tub and incredible sound views. The kitchen features all-new appliances and a beautiful (huge) island gathering spot. The first and second bedrooms have new smart TVs and are convenient to a bathroom and laundry facilities. The master bedroom also features a new smart TV, an electric fireplace, private bath, and the incredible view of the sound.

This adorable house has a gorgeous remodel, fantastic appliances, comfy beds and furniture, a great view, an awesome under house space for hanging out or staging your day on the water. And it allows dogs. My dog definitely gives it two paws up. A super-high-quality home for a family or a small group of good friends. We can’t wait to go back!

Very nice unit with many modern amenities. I recommend rigging on the boardwalk to prevent punctures on wing gear from the thorns on the grass area. Perfect location with great access to the deeper channel for foiling activities, especially for folks with dogs.

This is our second time staying at Easy Breezy, the first after a major renovation that completely changed it. What didn't change was the charm and comfort of the property. It's three bedrooms, perfect for a family. It's also dog friendly. Be sure to catch beautiful views of the Sound, and if you love kiteboarding or windsurfing, this is the place for you. Or even if you want to be lazy and explore OBX.

This property is perfect! Clean, modern and comfortable with everything you need. Water views, deck, hot tub and water access. Kayaks to launch straight from your private dock. The uninterrupted water views from the main bedroom and the living room make it hard to focus on work, with the super fast wifi that the owners provide. This property was perfect for us. Thanks for your hospitality. We will be back!

Love the view! Spacious kitchen, awesome great room, cozy beds, outdoor shower. Not direct sunset view just so ya know. Loved taking the kayaks out every morning.

The house is very user friendly, but could use some TLC. The location is WONDERFUL! I love that we are at a calm, safe, picturesque sound, but still only about a 1/2 mile walk to the ocean. We could sail and kayak readily. The neighborhood is perfect for bike riding - flat, paved roads, friendly people. There is a Food Lion only a few miles away and a Dairy Queen a quick walk from the house.

We had a delightfully wonderful stay on the sound side in Avon, NC. If you like looking out over water with stunning clarity, if you like windsurfing, kiteboarding, or kayaking, this is the place to be. Not too big, but perfect for a family of four or so to enjoy the beach, Easy Breezy is the perfect access point for water sports. The accommodations are comfortable, the kitchen and family room a decent size for a beach cottage, and the deck outside offers even more living space and the perfect place to watch sunsets. One of our best vacations. I know that the next time we visit the Outer Banks, this will be our place of choice.
