Step back in time in this 60s beach cottage only four houses from the beach! This home was the first home built on the cul-de-sac and is the perfect place for a relaxing family vacation. It has all the amenities you would expect from a modern home, including central AC, streaming, a deck, and an outdoor shower for those who want to get clean before returning inside. There is also access to the beach nearby, so you can enjoy the water between your adventures inside. The living area provides guests with a comfortable spot to stream their favorite movies or series. The beautiful kitchen has all the essentials to whip up delicious homemade meals, including a dishwasher for additional assistance when it's time to clean everything up. Enjoy your meals at the four-person dining table. This is also a great place to gather when it's time to play to any of the board games available for indoor fun. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer so you and your friends can pack less.

This beach house was the perfect beach cottage for our family. Close to the beach, and walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. The house was clean upon arrival, check-in was a breeze, communication from Vacasa was great. Absolutely no complaints! We’ll be back!

This house has a great location on a beach that was practically empty (even on the 4th of July)! You zig-zag over the dune to the beach, so the walk is a bit longer than you think, but still not bad. The house is nothing to get excited about, but we spent most of our time on the beach. It was clean, and more than adequate for the little time we spent indoors. The shed in the yard has lots of “beach stuff” that our kids enjoyed (boogie boards, sand toys, etc). The street is quiet and friendly.

On arrival we found the home to be well maintained and very clean. It is an older home but it was comfortable. Furnishings were comfortable including the master bed, which is not always the case. We chose this property because of the good reviews, dog friendly, and the lower building height. Our old dog can no longer handle the high staircases that are common. Beach access is a short walk nearby. The neighborhood was quiet. The grocery store and several restaurants are nearby. I’d recommend this rental and please pick up after your pets.

The house was within walking distance on the ocean, l could hear the ocean from the deck, the house was in and area with nice shops, restaurants, and an ice place.

The beach is a very short walk away. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. People were friendly. My daughter and I had a really great vacation staying there. It was so relaxing and close to great fish markets, coffee houses, and grocery stores. The house is designed so that you can easily have 2 families with privacy for each because there are two sleeping wings that are far enough apart so that you can’t hear or see anything across the house. Great big kitchen that was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, storage containers, a blender, dishwasher, laundry out back, air fryer, good sharp knives, and lots of cups and glasses. Living room was very comfy. We felt very relaxed and safe. Very chill vibe to heal from life in a big city. Well worth the drive from NYC. Only 7.5 hours. Zero traffic coming home on a Saturday in early April. Same amount of driving as places in VT, NH, or Maine. Definitely recommend!

House was perfect for our small family getaway. Clean and neat rooms, lots of room for 5 plus our pup who had her first vacation there! Will definitely use vacasa again!
