Centrally located on Hatteras Island, this classic charmer is just a short walk from ocean beaches and minutes from restaurants, unique boutiques, and coffee shops! Inside this home, you'll find an open floor plan with a vaulted ceiling, a well-equipped, eat-in kitchen with a table, chairs, and a built-in desk, and a sunlit living area with comfortable seating and a TV for streaming your favorite channels. Plus, each bedroom includes a smart TV. Enjoy the sunshine and sea breezes on your deck while the kids run and play in the large yard. This home also includes two paddleboards, central air-conditioning and heating, and a private washer/dryer to help you keep those swimsuits bright and clean. SHARED AMENITY - Pool at Club Hatteras (Memorial Day through Labor Day)

Moana Makani is a quaint beach home. Well appointed, all through-out! The kitchen was super well stocked with anything you might need. The outdoor shower was one of the best we’ve experienced in OBX, making a 1 1/2 bath home plenty big for a 3 girl week! The neighborhood was quiet yet so close to the beach! The new deck and seating area made outside time enjoyable……especially the cozy solar lights. The only area of improvement would be eliminating the slight mothball-like indoor scent. It was easily addressed with a Meyer’s room deodorizing spray, which we left for the next renters. It helped “quiet” the scent, almost immediately. Thank you for sharing your home and hope to back again!

Clean and functional

Good clean house for our weekend fishing trip. Priced well and has very nice area under house with lighting and cornhole.

Lovely beach experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Outer Banks. The cottage is clean and filled with natural light. Easy access to the beach. We all had a wonderful time!
