Experienced Hatteras Island vacationers always look forward to returning to Breakwater and the sea. Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this kinetic oceanfront home achieves a fresh perspective without equal. Although outfitted for fine living, the décor is fun and welcoming with contemporary art, metal railings in turquoise, and bleached juniper. Full-length living room windows frame mesmerizing ocean views or can be enjoyed while dining on the furnished sun deck with steps down to the grill and beach walkway. The multilevel design features one main bedroom on the bottom level, two bedrooms, and a bathroom/shower on the first floor with a laundry room. The first floor boasts a full bathroom with a shower. Step up just a half flight to the sunny living area with an entertainment center and soaring ceilings. The third level overlooks the living room and features a dine-in kitchen to delight culinary aficionados. The main bedroom offers a TV, shower, and a small shaded deck with a built-in bench. Topside, a neat loft with a dormer window will attract the kids. After a day of fishing, you can utilize the fish cleaning table, followed by an outdoor shower to wash up after a fun-filled day at the beach. As the sun sets, gather on the deck for a quick pool game on the outdoor pool table!

pleasantly surprised by the amount of cookware and glasses in the kitchen - nothing lacking there! We loved the decks & the layout of the house itself along with the proximity to the beach. The construction next door was annoying and notice of that would have been nice prior to booking. Overall we enjoyed the house and the area.

Location. First of all Avon is to die for. This is fairly century, located in the town of Avon. Right on the beach what more can you ask for? The beaches on the Outer Banks have proven themselves as a gem of beaches in the entire United States the house is unique design He was well equipped. Spacious enough. The living room was warm and inviting. TV. Have plenty of choice choices. The Wi-Fi was easy to access. The pool table was a nice addition pleasant surprise. The outside shower also a nice touch. The bedrooms were decent. The mattresses were very comfortable. And for being right on the beach. At night slept like a rock very quiet. Beach amenities they had beach chairs available. That was a nice touch. Overall, not a give it 10 out of 10l I.

A very cute home. Nice & clean. Plenty of room for everyone. Everything we needed to cook every day. The only thing missing was a pitcher to make tea. The beach was absolutely amazing! I am now in love with Avon, NC! We could walk to get ice cream! I loved that Vacasa supplied toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap & hand soap. The bathrooms even had body wash, shampoo & conditioner. The down side...the dune is so high, there is no view of the beach or ocean. Our access to the beach was our balcony connecting to the public access. Luckily we did have a gate. Part of the public access is even with the balcony so when on the deck, people were walking by us. I look forward to coming back to Avon in the future!!

A modest 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 3 level home on the dunes. Well stocked kitchen cooking supplies. Even wine glasses!

We loved the house and the location and how close it was to the beach. It was very clean and had everything we needed for cooking and enjoying our time in the Outer Banks.

Steps over the dunes to the beach. Loved the location in Avon. Convenient to restaurants and Food Lion.Great outdoor space. 2nd refrigerator,shower, fish cleaning area and pool table lower level at parking(covered). Grat visit to Outer Banks. We would stay here again!

I loved the closeness to the water. It has all the things we needed and close to stores. Enough room very spacious and great for our first family vacation!

Our family enjoyed staying here. The house is decorated nicely and the kitchen is well stocked for any type of cooking. Short walk over the dune to the beach made for a great vacation.
