Construction project with vehicles beeping VERY loud at 5am, and dogs barking VeRy often, one would think it's a kennel. Also pigeons nesting on the 2nd floor balcony, and for the trash...well ., overfilled when we came in...The pool may have been open but surely not cleaned. Too bad because this place has potentiel

Thank you for the feedback. I’m sorry your stay was disrupted by early-morning construction beeping, frequent dog noise, pigeons on the second-floor balcony, arriving to overfilled trash, and an unclean pool — that does not meet our standards. We have requested from our vendors that any projects not start until 8 am, we will be reaching out to pest control to install deterrents on the balcony for the pigeons; instructed our maintenance team to empty exterior trash and verify bins before arrival Thank you for pointing these items out — we hope you’ll consider staying with us again to see the improvements.

Very private location with easy check-in and the views were incredible. Host was very responsive and helpful. House was clean and stocked with starter kits. Definitely would stay here again!

Great location, great home, with many useful amenities. We’d highly recommend. The outdoor shower and house were very important. The TVs and Wifi were all good; nice beds; everything you’d expect. We’d have loved a few more cooking-related things, like salt, spices, coffee filters, but Food Lion is very close and has everything. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, plates, mugs, pots, pans, cutting boards, knives, etc.

Nice home with most of the amenities of home. Great water access. Brand new hot tub (a lot of the homes have hot tubs that heat water and little else). New stove and refrigerator. House was spotless when we got there. No issues with wifi for those of us that have to 'work' while away.

Overall Island Creek in Avon is an excellent location, Island Squall is well-appointed house, clean and comfortable. Beautiful sunsets and great spot for wind and water sports.

Great location in Avon, NC. It was our first time here and this rental met all of our expectations. Within walking distance to the ocean and the sound is out your back door. Water recreational rentals also within walking distance and you are right across the road from the pool. Would rent here again.

We loved sitting on the deck at night watching the sun set. The area was nice and quiet while still being close to great beaches. Beds were comfortable and house had everything we needed. Hot tub was lovely. We would stay again!

The house size and storage area was good to accommodate windsurfing equipment of up to 3 people. While others can enjoy other beach activities.

Great location - Beautiful sunsets, windsurfing, kite sailing, National Seashore north of you, access to drive on beaches, off shore fishing out of Hatteras, ferry to Ocracoke. House is nicely appointed and well maintained.
