The condo is spacious, directly at the beach, the kitchen is well equipped. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this condo.

This is our third year back. We love the location and the town.

We were so happy with Sandy’s Spot. Clean, inviting, comfortable, well appointed. The view of the ocean is tremendous. The access to the beach is so easy (walk down the stairs from the back porch and you are practically there). You can even have a bonfire out on the sand. Everyone was so happy. The kitchen is well stocked. Grocery store is close by along with a cafe, make-your-own-art shop, surf shop, hardware store, tackle shop, etc. But it’s not a crowded area. Perfect. Great fishing on the pier next door and quality surfing right outside your door. The pool on site is helpful to cool off and the Hatteras Realty/Vacasa community pool down the street is larger and quite nice. We will be back. Our favorite spot.

Year #2 of staying at Sandy's Place and we throughly enjoyed our time. Condo has pots and pans for cooking, perfect amount of space for our family of 4, and easy access to the beach. We can't wait to come back next year.

Beautifully decorated condo! Right on the beach… We have stayed in this complex 6 times and love the location close to grocery, restaurants etc. Sandy's Spot is a first floor condo which was great even though there are still 3 sets of steps up to the condo. We are a couple in our late 60’s but had no problem with the steps. Great views from the covered deck. Loved having full size washer & dryer, well equipped kitchen. Very clean! Hope to stay again in the future. Thank you for sharing your condo at this not too busy gorgeous beach location !

Beautiful and quiet location, minimal crowding on the beach. The condo was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the deck and easy beach access the most. The pool was nice and convenient. There were games in the room that occupied our kids during the rainy days. Overall we had a wonderful time and we've already booked our 2024 vacation at in this same room!

Property is small and quaint. Our room was clean and well maintained. We liked how the balcony stairs lead right down to the path to the beach. There was a ramp as well to the beach for handicap or wagon access. The beach wasn't crowded. Our room included all of the needed items for our stay. There were books and board games for those rainy days. The pool is small but easily accessible. We've already booked our vacation for next year in this same room!

Very nice condo. Girls week of 3 was perfect. Beautiful views. No problems at all. Never used Vacassa before but would highly recommend. It was very clean and well stocked for our needs.

We’ve stayed at Sandy’s Spot many times, both with the old owner and the current one. The new owner has made some great changes in decor and furnishings, making it even more comfortable. It’s the perfect size for us, and we love the proximity to the beach. Can’t wait to go back.

Back to the Ocean is a very cute home! It was the perfect size for our party of 6. The location was excellent- you can see the sunrise over the ocean, and the beach access was right across the street! Our little girls loved the baby pool, and it made swimming/playing outside so much easier. The owners sent us some muffins and pastries mid-way through the trip! Wow. Just perfect. We enjoyed the home and property so much. My Mom is 82 and just loved being able to sit on the deck and watch the fish and birds. And the sunrise over the canal and sunsets on the sound. And it was such a joy to watch her fish from the dock and catch such a great variety of fish! And it was perfect for the dogs to watch the birds and fish from the deck and dock too! The kayaks and crab pots were so fun! The house was so clean too! This rental was perfect for the 2 families to each have their own King master with private bath. The smaller 2 bedrooms were great for the 3 teenage boys to split between. The salt water pool was very refreshing after a day at the beach! We also enjoyed the outside speakers while swimming and being in the hot tub.
