This two-bedroom home is located within easy walking distance to the Avon Fishing Pier, many restaurants, and Club Hatteras. There is also supermarket just down the street. The primary suite includes an attached bath complete with a Jacuzzi soaking tub and direct deck access. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas are well furnished, spacious and comfortable, providing all the necessities for the perfect home-away-from-home. Enjoy an afternoon nap or sunset cocktail on the private, covered deck. Community amenities include an onsite pool and private boardwalk to one of the best beaches in the Outer Banks. Views from the porch are just amazing, you can see the Avon fishing pier and hear the ocean right from your bedroom. The location is perfect! The unit itself is a bit dated, but everything seemed to be clean and in a good working order.

It was nice sitting on the deck and listening to the waves. The stairs are a climb but not a big deal because of the beautiful view at the rop. Perfect for our family vacation. Note that we didn't see any oven mitts in the house, and the coffee maker is just a single Keurig.

Charming little condo. 2 bedrooms. Facing ocean. Perfect location in Avon. It is on the top floor, so be prepared to walk up 4 flights, but has an unbeatable view.

Great! We loved the home and would definitely rent it again although we have 2 growing children that will need their own rooms in the future so sadly, we will look for something bigger but we fell in love with Avon and plan to rent from Vacasa again. They sent a maintenance man over on a Sunday to fix a few things. Very impressed! Thanks!!

The views from this condo are incredible! The furniture is new and very comfortable. We appreciated the multiple eating areas so we could work on a puzzle or game and still eat a meal.

Great 2 bedroom condo on 3rd floor. Clean and well-kept. Had all the amenities of a home away from home. Close to everything. Will definitely stay here again!

Everything was great except for the fact it’s advertised with a jacuzzi in the bathroom, but the jacuzzi is unusable. I tried using it and it shot out mildew and mold both times the whole time. But that isn’t worth a negative review. We appreciated the fact that when you arrive they have soap, TP, trash bags etc. all ready for you to use. The location can’t be beat, wake up everyday and walk to the beach or fish on the Avon pier then get a great breakfast at Stus. Have a beer and watch the sunset from the front deck, and watch it rise on the back deck. Grocery shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. I’ve stayed many places over the years, most are $2000 plus a week, this was $800 total for 2 weeks ocean front, being one of the best deals out there this last year. Thank you for hosting us and letting us into your home.

This little condo was perfect for us during our stay in Avon. It was very clean and cozy and had everything we needed. I enjoyed the beautiful sunrise from the covered deck each morning with my coffee from the third floor. I also liked that it was a quick and easy walk to the beach and pier. There are a lot of stairs to climb so I would recommend packing light. Would definitely rent this unit again.

We had a wonderful time in this home. It was comfortable, snd had all we needed. We enjoyed the location to the Avon pier, and the beach was a short walk. Having a few local restaurants close by was great! Thank you we enjoyed our stay!

Nice view of pier. Dryer takes very ,very long to dry....needs replaced, the water did not work on Sunday morning 😒.of ck out.....but otherwise we would book again....very place

Had a great time. The only concern we had is the dryer is on the older side & takes several times to dry things. Has a nice view & great location.
