NEW for 2025 SEASON, New furniture and decor in the living room. From the moment you step inside Beach Glass, you are swept into the stunning ocean views -- the waves look close enough to touch. Seating is strategically arranged to allow you to enjoy ocean gazing from the living and dining area and primary bedroom suite. Wake up to an amazing sunrise view and watch the dolphins while enjoying your coffee. The guest bedroom is on the opposite end of the condo and steps from the second bathroom offering your guests and you privacy. This newly-renovated oceanfront condo boasts new flooring and carpets and a fully-renovated kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped with pots, pans, bakeware, dishes, silverware, and any utensil you might need. You will also have a crockpot, blender, electric mixer, can opener, Keurig, and drip coffee maker at your fingertips. The fridge offers an ice maker and filtered water. The stove supplies convection as well as conventional baking. No need to pack all your food from home, you are minutes from a fully-stocked grocery store and if you don't plan on cooking you are within walking distance from several excellent restaurants. Beach Glass offers three HDTVs with Roku streaming available and YTTV, as well as secure wireless high-speed internet access. An ironing board and iron are available for your use. A beautiful deck with a high-top table paired with chairs and lounge chairs overlooking the ocean provide a wonderful place to enjoy your evening cocktail. Accidental spill? No problem, the condo has a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. Beach Glass is conveniently located steps from the ocean using the Islander Condo beach stairs. There is also a pool on the grounds and Hatteras Beach Club is a short walk away. Barbeque grills and a sheltered picnic area are also on the grounds for guest use as well as convenient outside showers and a fish cleaning station.

The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. It had everything we needed. The beach in front of the condo was expansive.

This place was perfect for our family of 3’s vacation this year! The condo was very nice, very clean and comfortable for our week long stay. The location is amazing, right on the beach but within walking distance to plenty of restaurants, shops, the grocery store and the little park which our son loved. We cannot wait to return!

We stayed the last week of June with our 2 teenage sons and we all agreed it was our favorite place we'd stayed at the beach, ever. The views are beyond amazing, you couldn't be any closer to the beach. My sons are beach kids so that feature was the favorite thing for them. The rooms were beautifully decorated and very clean. We were there during extreme heat so we didn't get to use the deck as often as we would've liked. The proximity to the beach and the views were 100% worth all of the stairs - I did have 2 teens to carry all the luggage though : ) . It was a nice quiet area as well if you're looking for a lowkey, relaxing vacation. We cannot recommend this place enough and have already discussed returning next year!

Beach Glass Terrace could not have been any better. From comfort that made us feel right at home. It had everything we needed for a great week (we didn't want to leave for sure). And then there was the million dollar view. Most of our week we spent on the deck which was furnished with everything you need to take it all in. All I can say is we will return in May 2026 and thank you for sharing your beautiful condo.

Wonderful view and beach just a few steps away . My only complaint is no elevator and a lot of steps to climb (with s bad leg🥴). Comfortable bed too! Just love this place!

This condo has an amazing view of the ocean both from inside and out on the balcony. Got to enjoy the waves 24/7 from the moment you wake up until dark and then you can still hear the waves roll during the night from the bedroom. It was amazing. The 44 steps it takes to get up to the condo was a little difficult when moving all our stuff in, but we managed. Easy access to the beach and to the Avon fishing pier was also a plus. Really enjoyed our stay!

This condo is in the best location! Surfing and fishing at the Avon pier is steps away. The condo is nicely decorated, exceptionally clean, well stocked with kitchen essentials, and beds are very comfortable. It is 44 steps up. I enjoyed the excersise daily but it might be a lot for someone with mobility issues. Perfect for a couple or family with 2 small children. You can walk to a few restaurants and the local gym. I highly recommend Beach Glass for your next visit.

Perfect location! Right on beach with best views of ocean & pier. Love the higher chairs so railing does not block your view. Updated kitchen. Very comfy sofa! and bed. Plenty of linens. Washer & dryer in unit a huge plus! Will be back again. But since on 3rd floor, be prepared for steps but you get used to them and hood exercise 😁

Immaculate, comfortable, nicely decorated condo with outstanding beach views! Enjoyed the sounds of the surf every night through the sliding glass doors. Kitchen was equipped with all the equipment you need to cook if you want to eat in. Starter paper supplies provided, which was appreciated. Just a word of caution, if you struggle with stairs it’s a bit of a hike, especially with luggage but the house is definitely worth it!

This condo is exactly what is in the description. The condo is located just behind the dunes. The view of the beach and ocean is exceptional. The inside of the condo is tastefully decorated and has everything you need to have a comfortable vacation. It is also located within walking distance of several restaurants. If you don't mind a good walk, you can even walk to the grocery store (Food Lion). My husband and I had a wonderful time and would like to return for next year. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Our first visit to the outer banks and we loved it! We couldn’t have selected a more perfect place to stay! Beach Glass provided our best beach view ever. The condo was sparkling clean, the beds were comfortable, and the well stocked kitchen had beautiful new cabinets and countertops. The beach was just a few steps away. The morning sunrises became our natural alarm clock as we automatically woke up each day to watch this amazing daily occurrence! The deck is larger than anticipated, especially for a condo, and has seating for 5. I can’t say enough about how pleased we were with this property. We are already checking the calendar to plan our return visit!

This residence is perfect. The location is amazing in the heart of Avon. Everything is walkable. This unit is ocean front. The unit is spotless and very well outfitted for cooks, vacationers, relaxers or anything you would want to do. Beautiful.

Perfectly located in the Outer Banks. Beautiful appointed condo retreat didn't disappoint! Had everything one would need in a home away from home. Not sure what the biggest draw would be for anyone else, but breakfast on the deck, watching the dolphins play was such a pleasure. The ease of walking to the shoreline was another tremendous advantage, as we fished just about everyday. Convenient to local attractions, but loved that the condo wasn't in the hustle and bustle of a town. It was the perfect get away after a very cold New England winter. We are already planning to visit again!

We love Beach Glass Condo. We had our coffee and bagels every morning on the deck. We watched the sunrise and the moon rise every day and night. It was hard to leave but we will be back around the same time next year. We didn’t realize there was no elevator so we definitely got our steps in! See you next fall!
