Listen to the waves from your bedroom, while relaxing indoors or from one of the new covered or sun exposed 'fannie tanning' decks. Enjoy the private pool, decking, and private hot tub. Upstairs on level two, Ourtanfannies has a great room with a wooden cathedral ceiling rising to a large skylight. Living area has wonderful natural lighting with an open floor area. The well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and ocean view dining area. Create your vacation memories at Ourtanfannies. Book for a week or more! Guests have easy access to the beach, Avon Pier and 'Canadian Hole.' A soundside sidewalk provides safe walking and biking to shopping, Koru Village, family medical facility ,and some of the best restaurants in Avon.

This was our second year staying here. The house was as advertised and perfectly priced. The pool is a must and the house is close enough to see the ocean from the balcony or living area windows. We will be staying again next season.

We had a great stay at this beach spot. It was fantastic to be steps from the beach. Even closer than I anticipated. We also took full advantage of having the pool as well!

The house is outdated and need some work but overall a very decent house. We would definitely rent this house again! The view is amazing and we have nothing bad to say!

House was clean, a little dated but we weren't in it to much so that didn't really matter. Pool and hot tub were nice. Location was great! Within walking distance to the beach, a few restaurants and shops.

This home had everything we needed. The beds need an update but they were still comfortable enough to get a nights sleep & had fresh linens. The living room & kitchen room were great gathering spots for the family. The kitchen was equipped with what we needed. The hot tub holds a nice hot temp but the jets need some TLC. The location is on a cul de sac & very close to the beach.

Was as expected. The pool area was great hangout when beach weather was less desirable. Although not beach front, ocean views were delightful. Centurally located in Avon a plus. House is a little worn but comfortable. For the price and location any minor negatives were easily over looked. After all, we’re primarily there for the beach and water activities. Would def rent again.
