The ground level features and opens to a very cool custom 16-foot-by-36-foot saltwater pool with a hot tub, a gas grill, and a tropical bar. The third floor is home to a furnished rec room with a pool table, a wet bar with a fridge, deck access, and a nearby laundry room. Avon's best views are available from the large great room with vaulted ceilings, a half-bath, a wet bar, a gas fireplace, a full entertainment system, and plush resort furniture. A large cook's kitchen with a breakfast island and an additional island cooktop will bring smiles to the chef and delicacies to diners seated in the elegant sound view dining area. The house itself is truly great. Lots of room and lots of activity. The downside was Vacasa, they need to do better. they did not follow up as they stated and charged fees to my credit card without authorization.

This is the second time we booked this house. It was perfect for our family vacay, which included 12 people and two dogs. A slight maintenance problem was handled promptly, with a return visit to be sure it was fixed (it was). We love this house!

Loved Grand Slam

Beautiful home. Great use of space

This is a beautiful home. Great use of space for larger groups. Provided ample space for everyone. Views are amazing. Could use towels for pool use or update description to notify renters to bring their own. The little things needing to be addressed, were. Definitely worth choosing again if doing the outer banks.

Epic Birthday house

This house was amazing!! The beds are so comfortable and all kings! Only one room had bunk beds and it was great for the kids. I would love to see a projector in the theater room. And the kitchen could use more utensils. The view is amazing, the pool and the hot tub were the life of the party! We celebrated my 40th birthday in style for sure! We'll be back!! Plenty of room for our party of 15!

This house was perfect for our group of 8 adults, 6 kids & dogs. It was spacious & clean. The kids absolutely loved the movie room & the adults loved the top balcony. We had a few maintenance issues but they sent someone out pretty quickly to handle it. We would definitely stay here again.

If you have a large family or group of friends and want an oasis at the beach with everything you could need, book this place today. Elevator made it easy for those less mobile to stay interactive with the rest of the family. Dual ovens and dishwashers! Fridges on every level and tiki house! Take in a movie with 7 of your friends in the theater room. Nice system almost felt like we were in a commercial theater! At no additional cost! Will definitely be a contender for future stays! Loved it! Exercise room too but let's be hoset, I never used it, I was on vacation!

The pool was a great size for this many. The exercise room was also well used. The only drawback was not much pantry space to store food. We made due with using the upstairs bedroom as our storage. The pictures did not do it justice. We plan to book this house again next summer!

The view and the fact the house is semi secluded and has a great layout on the top floor, a new washer and dryer were added and the new layout by the pool are what we like about the house.

This was our 2nd stay here. They did pay attention to some things I suggested last year to fix. The new deck was great. The home was a lot cleaner than last year. My family vacation was a success! Only one thing I would recommend is a kerig coffee maker. Hope to reserve it for next year.

This house was amazing place for our family vacation. All bedrooms had full bathrooms. The pool was very large and everyone fit. We had 10. We even brought the our dog. One morning we saw a family of deer behind the house. The Kitchen was spacious for all the cooks for the day. This will be a the top of list of homes to rent again. Thanks Karen B.

Amazing family vacation

The pictures don’t do it justice. The place is huge! We had our 2 sons with their families, each got their own floor. So convenient. The theatre room was very comfy for our movie night. Everyone loved the pool. One morning we saw a deer family behind the house in the brush. There were 10 of us and our dog and we had plenty of room for TV viewing and dinners. This home so much fun! Five levels give everyone the opportunity to have their own rooms and baths, and the top floor kitchen/great room has amazing views of the sound and marshlands. Excellent pool, lots of amenities, and a slow but reliable elevator that made life easy for our one guest with recent knee surgery. Well-equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils. Would definitely recommend this place for a large group. Like everywhere in OBX, bring your mosquito repellent! Place was as advertised and definitely worth the price.

Location, Location, Location This home has views of the Ocean (Crows Nest & Kitchen), the Pamlico Sound & a lake!! It is very private which is great when you have a large family for the noise level. Sunsets every evening are beautiful. Food Lion Plaza is very nearby. A very spacious home for you and your family to enjoy on your OBX vacation!!
