Fire up lunch on the grill and dine alfresco at the patio table. Two outdoor showers add convenience, and a cabana half-bath is located on the ground level. Ride the all-level access elevator to the first floor and discover a game room with a pool table, TV, and a kitchenette with a fridge, sink, and stove/oven. Gather for memorable meals at the dining table. Venture up to the loft area for a card game at the poker table or settle into the great room seating area with four sofas surrounding the state-of-the-art home theater system. The best show, though, may be from the well-furnished deck, where blazing sunsets and shooting stars complement the evening's elixirs and conversation. Let the moment inspire your next day's activities which might include launching a kayak from the lakeside white sandy beach, a marshmallow roast at the firepit, or a day exploring all that Hatteras Island has to offer. Kinnakeet Shores pool and tennis are included, and private sound access is just a short walk away. Everything!!! It was a fantastic house with plenty of room. Loved the staff that was very helpful. Every room in this home was large and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked and we loved all of the decks and outside areas. So very roomy. Definitely staying again. We loved everything.

The home had more than enough space for our large group of 22 people. The area was very quiet and peaceful. There are great views for sunrise and sunset. Conveniently located to many activities and shops.

We loved the space, the house is beautiful. Everything was as described. Aside from a phone call from Vacasa to make sure everything was going ok- No one bothered us. We are an extremely large, loud family so of course I thought we would have some calls or visits about noise, music, number of cars etc but it never happened. Everyone was fantastic. My family enjoyed their time there so much. We will definitely be returning!!

home was very sufficient for our group of 23. Big home and easy 1/2 mile walk to the beach with easy boardwalk access to the sound. Well supplied kitchen.

There was plenty of space for our 22 person family. We weren’t on top of each other and had lots of privacy but also had plenty to do on the property with each other. The movie theater was a hit with the kids. The kitchen set up was great for cooking for a crowd. A bathroom in every room was a brilliant design touch. We very much enjoyed our stay! Would recommend 10/10!!

This house is awesome. The owner has thought about everything. We had a party of 20 + and space was not an issue. The kitchen is massive and stocked with everything we needed. We will book this house again, possibly every year when we visit Avon.
