A dedicated dog area has been thoughtfully added at the front of the house, and we provide beach gear in the shed for your convenience. Gather around the new grill for unforgettable cookouts! Additionally, a scenic path now leads from the pool area to the lake, ideal for launching kayaks or trying your hand at fishing. Let the romance with Hatteras Island begin at beautiful Kinnakeet Shores waterfront Lady of the Lake. This vacation masterpiece has good concrete parking, an outside shower, and a very inviting private lakefront private heated pool with a furnished sundeck. The first level opens with a waterfront game room with updated flooring, a pool table, elevator, smart TV, wet bar with D/W, and bar fridge. Lakefront bedroom number one has a king bed, TV, deck access, and shares a full bath with bedroom number two, which offers a Pyramid bed and TV. There is a washer/dryer nook on a mid-level landing. On level two, bedroom number three is a lake view main with a king bed, deck access, TV, and full bath with a shower tub. Bedroom number four is a lake view main with a queen bed, TV, deck access, and a full bath with a shower and whirlpool tub. Bedroom number five is a main with TV and a full bath, and a tub shower. The third-level great room with tall cathedral ceilings, slate floors, and incredible views of the lake, ocean, and sunsets gives the full royal treatment. A smart TV and nearby fireplace anchor the plush living room furnishings. A well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and a large breakfast bar can provide snacks or gourmet meals to the water-view dining area. A wide furnished sundeck provides gorgeous views. Bedroom six has a king bed, TV, and a semi-private bath with a whirlpool tub and hall access. A furnished tower allows guests a view of the vacation kingdom.

We loved this cottage. The bedrooms are spaced nicely so no one disturbed each other and the rooms were all a good size. The bathtubs in most of the rooms were jetted as well which was a fun surprise. The house has had some upgrades to the floors and decor and it was super clean and fun! The pool was in the sun 90% of the day which is a major plus. The beds were all comfortable and every room had blackout curtains if you wanted to sleep in a little extra or if you have kids that need to nap. The only suggestions we had would be more outdoor seating on the decks so more people could enjoy the views. Thanks for a great week!

The house is perfect for a large family The house has a working elevator inside that makes it super easy for anyone with walking problems- The bedrooms and layout of the home is great for our large family. This home has a k cup machine - small extra ice maker- fan- sheets towels were provided. Also in showers were soap - Shampoo-conditioner like in a hotel that was an added plus Toilet paper was provided Vacasa has a large pool at their location and baby pool. Grill was nice. Gas was provided Our trip was during hurricane Erin and we able to enjoy the last few days when we were able to come. Good location. Great home good Price The three G’s

I loved the furnishings and accessibility of appliances. The cleanliness of it as well. Other than the limited use of the amenities of the pool and elevator this house rates as one of my favorite since starting to come down to Hatteras. Had we had full use of the pool and elevator this would be 10 out 10 and definitely worth renting again.

This house was exactly what we needed. Comfy beds, pet friendly, hot tub and pool… there was a brand new grill that was very handy. There is a lot of construction going on in the neighborhood with dredging in the lake right out the back deck. It was noisy, but we didn’t mind. During the day when they were working we spent out fishing and exploring. We only spent time outside in the evenings when the workers were done for the day.

Booked another house but a late maintenance issue resulted in us being reassigned to Lady of the Lake. Great house with everything we wanted plus more. Didn’t realize what a big help the elevator would be when loading and unloading the upper floors. And a nice family of deer (doe and twin fawns) came by to visit a few times and we saw a big buck on the way in one night. Dad, maybe? Recommended.

We loved the house, the rooms were large and comfortable. It gave us easy access to food fun and shopping. We were 7 adults 2 teenagers and 2 under 10. The pool made it enjoyable, the hot tub and pool table were great additions. Having the mini fridge, sink and mini dish washer on the lower level near pool and hot tub was awesome. Some things need a little love but generally this was a great house.

Overall this house was so nice. One of the nicest homes I’ve stayed at in the Outer Banks. The hot tub and pool setup were amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked with necessary pots, utensils, etc. The bedrooms were great sizes and the beds were very comfortable. Overall the house was fantastic. There were a lot of cockroaches in the house and outside the house. I know of three cockroaches that were in the house for sure. And every night we found cockroaches outside the house. I’ve stayed in different houses in OBX for the past nine years and have only seen a cockroach in one of those houses. This house had a lot of cockroaches. Too many for comfort.

We do want to reassure you that the home is treated quarterly for general pest control and inspected regularly to maintain a clean and comfortable environment. What you encountered were palmetto bugs, which are very common in coastal, wooded, and humid areas like ours here on Hatteras Island. They can occasionally be seen even around well‑maintained homes despite ongoing treatments, but we understand how unpleasant that can be and appreciate you letting us know. It perfectly fit two families so they could spread out and not be on top of each other. Great view and an easy walk to watch sunsets on the sound. Pool was great. Open layout on top floor made it easy for those cooking to engage with the rest of the group. Definitely would rent again.

The check in process was super easy, the house was in a perfect location, somewhat secluded but still located in a a neighborhood right off of a lake. The only complaint I would have is that there is not a walkable beach close to the house but we found a parking lot about 5 minutes away from the house right across the street from public beach access. Overall I would definitely recommend this house, the beds were SUPER comfortable and we had lots of space to hang out around the house. The owner also was sweet enough to gift us a Food Lion gift card for us to use during the stay! 10/10

The house was very nice! We had a party of 10 an the 3 floors gave separation. Set up was great with pool. Had a few issues when we got there with drainage in bathrooms, an pool. But management took care of situation. My daughter stripped her bed before we left an found a huge spider underneath the mattress cover, an found a couple cockroaches on 1st floor an on top deck. Which was day before we left.

I was a little hesitant about this home after I booked it because of the lack of new reviews and some negative older reviews. We were pleasantly surprised that all of the negative items listed on the old reviews were fixed . The home was very accommodating to all of our needs and would definitely recommend it. It also has an elevator which was especially helpful. Location is great and home was clean and well kept.

It was great having the three floors to spread out in. I would suggest adding some kitchen towels in the kitchen and maybe a few basics (salt, pepper, a few spices!) but there was plenty of cookware, plates and utensils. The downstairs TV (in the pool room) didn't work but everything else was great!

House was spacious and easily accommodated our group. It was close to everything that we needed. Everyone enjoyed having the elevator and the kitchen was well appointed.

the house was just what we need, but the Livingroom furniture was completely worn out and dire need of replacement. Most beds were fine except for two rooms on second floor. The house is well equipped for a family of 12.

We loved the location of this house. It feels private and overlooks a lake but is a short drive to the pier and ocean access. We also loved the decks and the pool! The art throughout the home is beautiful. The home could use some updates: the couches are old and stained. (We covered them with extra sheets.) The refrigerator is not as cold as we would like and the ice maker is broken, The carpeting on the steps is very old. We had an issue with the cleanliness of the home but the realty company took care of it immediately and we were very happy! If only the house allowed dogs, it would be perfect for us. We can't leave our sweet little furry family member home next year. But we will definitely book with Hatteras Realty again!

Great house, could use a few updates like the living room furniture (very lumpy loveseat) and the grill. Could use an updated fridge and a bit of a deep clean and more towels or an option to trade towels in for fresh ones. It would be awesome if those prickly things (ouch!) in the grass could be maintained. Very spacious home. The pool and hot tub are awesome! The home has a solid level of privacy as well. Our family very much enjoyed our stay!

We had our kids graduating class there, the only thing we found was a broken coffee pot left, and a sliding screen door that was not on and I couldn't fix it. Other than that, beautiful place, close to most things.

We loved this cottage. The bedrooms are spaced nicely so no one disturbed each other and the rooms were all a good size. The bathtubs in most of the rooms were jetted as well which was a fun surprise. The house has had some upgrades to the floors and decor and it was super clean and fun! The pool was in the sun 90% of the day which is a major plus.
