Overall the house was great. Plenty of room for all. Kitchen was well stocked. House was clean upon arrival. A physical copy of a property guide would have been useful. Digital resource that was provided was generic and not specific to home. Definitely would have been nice to have specific info on TV operations, especially the one in main living room. Also, digital guide had no specific information regarding trash days. We have been to island numerous times and knew this info, but others may not. Overall the house was great. We enjoyed a week full of laughter and made lasting memories.

Great house, great price. Everything was clean. Couple small maintenance issues (light at back door and washer quit) but they were right on it getting it taken care of. Would definitely book again!

This house was perfect for our family of 10. I read reviews and was somewhat hesitant however, I took a leap of faith and ignored the previous comments and I was glad I did. Location was perfect! Access to the beach is diagonal from the home on the right which is a huge perk. The couches in the upstairs living room could be updated and the water pressure is eh but other than that everything was amazing! Kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Very pleased! I will definitely stay here again. Also, communication with VASCA was excellent as well. I will definitely recommend this spot. ☺️

Proximity to the beach was fantastic with a walkway right in front of the house. Communication if needed with Vacasa* was no problem! All amenities were there as promised and everyone could not have been more friendly. There was no push to check out just the nice Reminders. we typically leave a early to get re-acclimated to work again! Looking forward to next year!

This house was great. The views of the ocean and sunrises were great. The open floor plan on the 3rd floor was a great hang out spot for food and cheer. The 3rd floor deck was a great touch to sit at in the morning and at night. The walk to the beach path was right across the street. Our families loved it here.

The layout and size was great. Location, very close to public access to fantastic beach. Fun small pool. Kitchen had new appliances. Not spotlessly clean but acceptable. Broken arm on chair. Ladder to pool completely broken off, but pool water was clean.

I rented this house in early June of 2024 with a bunch of friends, and we had an absolute banger of a time. I would reserve this house again without a doubt. The house offers 4 king and 8 twin beds (bunks) across 6 rooms with 5 and a half baths (not including two outdoor showers). The house also has a pool AND a hot tub and is situated in as a superb location (20 feet from the beach access, 3 minute drive to food lion, and within eye shot of a cash-only pizza joint). The kitchen and deck (+ outdoor chairs) are recently renovated and are very well equipped with pots/pans, tubberware, etc... The furniture and beds were very comfortable too. No matter what your party wants to do, Dixie Arrow can accommodate any guest's perfect beach vacation: hanging by the pool OR hot tub, spend the day at the beach, watch sunrise from bed, watch the sunset from bed, or any combination in between! Don't let the sour reviews from years ago scare you - they're the Karen types that complain about scratches on dressers as an indicator of time well-spent (there really aren't any issues with the furniture). Dixie arrow will allow you to spend time in a space designed for connecting and hangout with your loved ones with many fun amenities at your finger tips. Have fun!

5 of my Army retired buddies and I rented this property for a reunion. It was plenty big enough for everyone. Only one flaw during the entire week. The dishwasher sucks so we washed the dishes the old fashion way, By hand.

We had a great time. Early on we had a maintenance request. They were very responsive and the staff was friendly and helpful. We talked a little and the person who showed up to fix our request gave helpful tips for places to visit. Our issue was cleared up very fast and the rest of the week was perfect.
