Location and easy access into the house.

Overall, it was a good experience. The beach was a short walk which was great. The house was clean except for some sand in one of the bedrooms but the carpet was the same color so it could’ve been easily missed. No big deal. The only flaw with the house is that there are lots of stairs and the main living area/kitchen is on the top floor. Overall, I would stay there again

The house is centrally located in Avon, close to the beach, shopping, and loved visiting the Market on Tuesday mornings, you could walk there. The house met all our needs during our stay and would consider renting again.

We were cautious because of some of the mattress reviews, but with a large family we used all the beds with no complaints at all. The location could not possibly be beat - beach access is just a few houses down and the swimming pool is easy walking distance and can even be seen from the house. While the furnishings/features were a bit dated, everything was very clean and well maintained. As "The Mom" I appreciated the really nice washing machine and dryer. I rate this place A+++ and would not hesitate to stay here again and again.

The rooms were spacious, clean home upon arrival, loved the covered porch swing, and an amazing outdoor shower. Walk to the beach was perfect!

Great house for a good price. Only problem was the router wasn't working for the first day, but it was fixed the next morning. Good communication from the property management during that issue. Community pool was nice although only accessible for the last few days of the trip because it was early in the season. Beach access is as good as possible without being directly beachfront, it's a 1 minute walk total to get to the beach. The bathrooms can occasionally be a problem but luckily the upstairs suite bathroom also opens to the common area so there are effectively 2 shared bathrooms.

The house was nice. The only thing I wish I would have known before booking was about all of the steps to get to the top level where the kitchen and living areas are located. My elderly in-laws struggled climbing all of the stairs every time we went anywhere.

We loved the house. The layout is great - very comfy. But it's situated between the beach access paths, so you will have a little stroll down the street. We had originally rented an oceanfront cottage, but it was deemed unsafe when it was apparently too late to get a different oceanfront location. Carolina on my Mind was our choice when offered several houses in place of our original location. We did love the house, just really were looking forward to being right on the beach. Mother Nature rules.

Good central location for kiting. House offered and had everything. Minor hot tub issues that MGMT fixed amazingly fast. Good stay, solid.

The kitchen is well equipped. Great, open living space on the top level with large decks and screened in hot tub. Close to food lion, coffee, restaurants, gas and kitesurfing launches on both the sound and ocean side. It also has the feel of being in a neighborhood. We had a great time and would be happy to rent this same house. Just wish that it was pet friendly.
